Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի ձեռնարկություններում լուրջ խախտումներ չեն հայտնաբերվել

Այս տարվա գարնանը Գագիկ Ծառուկյանին պատկանող ձեռնարկություններում սկսված ստուգումների հիմնական մասն ավարտվել է: Ստուգումների արդյունքում խոշոր չափերի խախտումներ չեն հայտնաբերվել, այսօր լրագրողների հետ զրույցում հայտարարել է ֆինանսների նախարար Գագիկ Խաչատրյանը: «Գագիկ Ծառուկյանին պատկանող յոթ տնտեսությունում ստուգում ենք անում, վեցում ավարտել ենք, դրանցում առանձնակի մեծ խոշոր չափերի խախտումներ չենք հայտնաբերել։ Այդ ստուգումներին մասնակցել են պետական այլ մարմիններ, մեծ թվով փորձագետներ։ Բավականին լուրջ թիմ նաև Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի և մեր կողմից են մասնակցել, ընթացքում հաշվապահական հաշվառման, ինչպես նաև հարկային եկամուտների ճշգրտումներ են տեղի ունեցել հաշվանցումների միջոցով։ Մնացել է մեկ ձեռնարկություն՝ Արարատի ցեմենտի գործարանը: Ասեմ նաև, որ մենք այդ ստուգումները կատարել ենք բացառապես օրենքի սահմաններում»,- հավելել է նախարարը:

Լրագրողների հարցին, թե ստացվում է, որ Սերժ Սարգսյանը ոչ ճիշտ տեղեկություններ էր հրապարակել, երբ հայտարարել է միլիարդավոր դրամների, չմուծած հարկերի մասին, ֆինանսների նախարարը պատասխանել է. «Բայց Սերժ Սարգսյանը չի արձանագրել, թե ինչ խախտումներ էին, ասում էր՝ պետք է ճշտել, համապատասխան հանձնարարություն ենք ստացել, ստուգել ենք, էական խախտումներ չենք հայտնաբերել»։

Հարցին, թե Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի ձեռնարկություններում լուրջ խախտումներ չհայտնաբերելն արդյո՞ք քաղաքական բաղադրիչ ունենալու փաստով է պայմանավորված, Գագիկ Խաչատրյանը վստահեցրել է, որ վերջին տարիներին հարկային և մաքսային մարմինները քաղաքական գործընթացներին այնպիսի մասնակցություն չեն ունենում, որը կհակասի օրենքին: «Այս դեպքում մենք ստացել ենք համապատասխան հանձնարարություն 7 ձեռնարկություններում ստուգումներ անցկացնելու մասին: Դրանցից 6-ում ստուգումներն արդեն ավարտվել են, մեկում դեռ շարունակվում են»,- եզրափակեց Խաչատրյանը:
