Ադրբեջանում արտասահմանցի լրագրողների «սեւ ցուցակը» կվերահսկի ԱԱՆ-ը

 Ադրբեջանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունն իր գործառույթների մի մասը, մասնավորապես, արտասահմանցի քաղաքացիներին, այդ թվում` մամուլի աշխատակիցներին մուտքի արտոնագիր տալը հանձնել է ազգային անվտանգության նախարարությանը:

 «Թուրան»-ը` հղում կատարելով ԱԳՆ մամուլի քարտուղար Հիքմեթ Հաջիեւին հայտնում է, որ նման կարգ սկսել է կիրառվել 2015 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 27-ին ԱԳՆ կանոնակարգում մտցված փոփոխության համաձայն:

Ըստ այդ փոփոխության` օտարերկրյա քաղաքացիները Ադրբեջան մուտքի արտոնագիր կարող են ստանալ միայն այն բանից հետո, երբ ԱԱՆ-ը համապատասխան եզրակացություն կտա պոտենցիալ հյուրերի «վստահելիության» մասին:

Գործակալությունը հայտնում է, որ Ադրբեջանի մուտքի ատոնագիր չտրվելու պարկտիկան լայնորեն կիրառվում է ոչ միայն Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ այցելածների նկատմամբ, այլ նաեւ այն օտարեկրացիների նկատմամբ, ովքեր երբեւէ քննադատել են Ադրբեջանում իրավիճակը:

«Ավելին, մուտքի արտոնագիր հրաժարվել են տալ այն լրագրողներին, ովքեր համագործակցել են տեղացի «ընդդիմադիր» մամուլի հետ», -նշել է «Թուրան»-ը:

Հարկ է նշել, որ հիշյալ անձերից բացի, Ադրբեջան մուտքն արգելված է նաեւ էթնիկ հայերին, անկախ նրանց բնակության երկրի եւ քաղաքացիության:

Դեռեւս 2013 թվականին Ադրբեջանի արտգործնախարարությունը հրապարակել էր այն անձանց ցուցակը, ովքեր Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետություն կատարած այցելության համար Ադրբեջանում հայտարարվել են «անցանկալի անձինք», եւ նրանց մերժվել է մուտքն այդ երկիր: Այդ ցուցակում արդեն ընդգրկված է 501 մարդ: Նրանց մեծ մասը, որոնց թվում են աշխարհահռչակ արվեստագետներ, լրագրողներ, քաղաքական եւ հասարակական գործիչներ, հայտարարել է, որ իրենց համար միեւնույն է Ադրբեջանի այդ ծիծաղելի ցուցակում հայտնվելը, քանի որ իրենք մարդասիրությունը վեր են դասում քաղաքականությո ւնից:
