ՀՀ ոստիկանության հասարակայնության հետ կապի և լրատվության վարչությունում նոյեմբերի 6-ին տեղի է ունեցել ՀՀ Սահմանադրության փոփոխությունների հանրաքվեի նախնական ընտրական ցուցակների շուրջ քննարկում։

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ոստիկանության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի և լրատվության վարչությունից, մասնակցում էին ոստիկանության հասարակայնության հետ կապի և լրատվության վարչության պետ Աշոտ Ահարոնյանը, Անձնագրային և վիզաների վարչության պետ, ոստիկանության պետ Մնացական Բիչախչյանը, Իրավաբանական վարչության պետ Հովհաննես Քոչարյանը, Աժ պատգամավոր Հովհաննես Մարգարյանը, ԶԼՄ ներկայացուցիչներ։ Ի դեպ, քննարկմանը հրավիրված էին նաև, բայց, ցավոք, անհասկանալի պատճառներով, այդպես էլ չեկան Աժ պատգամավոր Արամ Ման ուկյանն ու Հելսինկյան քաղաքացիական ասամբլեայի Վանաձորի գրասենյակի ղեկավար Արթուր Սաքունցը, որոնք առավել հաճախ են հանդես գալիս ընտրացուցակների հետ կապված հայտարարություններով։

Քննարկումը սկսվել է ընտրացուցակների թերությունների և անճշտությունների վերաբերյալ տարբեր հասարակական կազմակերպությունների, իրավապաշտպանների և քաղաքական գործիչների հայտարարությունների և դիտողությունների կապակցությամբ ոստիկանության ներկայացուցիչների պարզաբանումներով։ Հրապարակվել է ընտրողների պետական ռեգիստրում հաշվառված ՀՀ քաղաքացիների, ինչպես և այն անձանց թիվը, որոնք ընտրությանը մասնակցելու են ոչ թե անձնագրով, այլ նույնականացման քարտով։

Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավոր Հովհաննես Մարգարյանն առաջարկել է կազմել նույնականացման քարտ ունեցողների քվեացուցակներ և փակցնել ընտրատեղամասերում ընտրության թափանցիկությունն ապահովելու և կեղծիքներից խուսափելու նպատակով, կամ նույնականացման քարտ ունեցող քաղաքացիներին տրամադրել հին նմուշի անձնագրերից, որոնք ունեն նաև կնիքվելու հնարավորություն։ Ոստիկանության անձնագրային և վիզաների վարչության պետը նշել է, որ, չնայած, նույնականացման քարտերի վրա չի նշվում անձի հաշվառման հասցեն, իսկ քարտն էլ կնիքվելու հնարավորություն չունի, բայց համապատասխան աշխատանքներն արդեն տարվել են անճշտություններն ու կրկնաքվեարկություններր բացառելու համար:
