  • Բիսկվիթի համար հարում ենք պիտակուցները մեկ պտղունց աղի հետ մինչև պնդանալը, ապա ավելացնում ենք շաքարավազն և դեղնուցները ու կրկին հարում:
    Առանձին ամանի մեջ խառնում ենք ալյուրը, կակաոն և սոդան: Ստացված զանգվածը ավելացնում ենք ձվային զանգվածին ու կրկին հարում:

  • Պատրաստի խմորը լցնում ենք կարագով պատած ձևամանի մեջ ու թխում ջեռոցում 30 րոպե 180 ատսիճանում:
  • Կրեմի համար հարում ենք դեղնուցները շաքարավազի հետ մինչև սպիտակելն ու ծավալով ավելանալը, ապա ավելացնում ենք վանիլինը, օսլան ու կաթը և խառնում: Ստացված զանգվածը դնում ենք թույլ կրակի վրա, անընդհատ խառնելով եփում ենք մինչև զանգվածի խտանալը: Ստացված կրեմը թողնում ենք, որ սառչի, ապա ավելացնում ենք կարագը ու հարում հարիչով:
