Հարկային նոր օրենսգրքի վերաբերյալ մինչև 2016թ. փետրվար քննարկումներ են լինելու, որոնցում ներգրավված են բազմաթիվ փորձագետներ նաև միջազգային կազմակերպություններից: Այս մասին Ազգային ժողովում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարար Գագիկ Խաչատրյանը:

«Մենք ունենք հստակ հայեցակարգ և մինչև փետրվար դեռ քննարկումներ են գնալու: Եթե այնտեղ կան ինչ-ինչ առաջարկներ, դա չպետք է միանվագ ընդունել: Այսինքն, ամեն ինչ կորոշվի քննարկումների ընթացքում: Մենք աշխատում ենք այդ քննարկումներին որքան հնարավոր է շատ կոմպետենտ մարդկանց ներգրավել, որպեսզի դրանք ավելի իմաստավորված լինեն»,- ընդգծեց Խաչատրյանը:

Նա մանրամասնեց, որ հարկային նոր օրենսգիրքը դեռևս ընդամենը նախագիծ է, որում ֆինանսների նախարարությունը հավաքագրել է քսան տարվա ամբողջ հարկային օրենսդրությունը, համադրել է տարածաշրջանային երկրների, միջազգային փորձի հետ: Նախարարը վստահեցրեց, որ հարկային օրենսգրքի մշակման գործում բազմաթիվ փարձագետներ են ներգրավված եղել, կատարվել է հսկայական աշխատանք:

Հարցին, թե ինչո՞ւ է հարկային նոր օրենսգրքում սահմանվել, որ եկամտային հարկը բոլորի համար լինելու է 20 տոկոս, Գագիկ Խաչատրյանն ընդգծեց, որ միջազգային փորձը ցույց է տալիս, որ եկամտային հարկի ու շահութահարկի դրույքաչափերը պետք է փոխկապակցված լինեն, այլապես ստվերային տնտեսության ռիսկեր են առաջանում:
