Երիտասարդներն Ագրարային համալսարանում ծանոթացել են թափուր աշխատատեղերին

Երիտասարդական տոներին նվիրված միջոցառումների շարքում նոյեմբերի 11-ին Հայաստանի երիտասարդական հիմնադրամը և Հայաստանի ազգային ագրարային համալսարանն անցկացրել են «Բուհից աշխատաշուկա՝ մեկ քայլ» խորագրով աշխատանքի միջբուհական տոնավաճառը։

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին Հայաստանի երիտասարդական հիմնադրամի հասարակայնության հետ կապերի ծառայությունից, գործատուներն առանձին տաղավարներում ուսանողներին, երիտասարդներին տրամադրել են նյութեր ընկերությունների, առաջարկվող աշխատատեղերի, տվյալ կազմակերպության կադրային քաղաքականության մասին։ 

Հայաստանի երիտասարդական հիմնադրամի հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի համակարգող Կարեն Ավագյանը տեղեկացրել է, որ աշխատանքի տոնավաճառում իրենց թափուր աշխատատեղերը ներկայացրել է ավելի քան 60 կազմակերպություն։ Կարեն Ավագյանը նշել է, որ վերջերս ՀՀ ԿԳՆ կողմից իրականացված հարցումը ցույց է տվել, որ երիտասարդության հիմնական խնդիրն այսօր աշխատանքի բացակայությունն է։ Ուստի նման ձևաչափով միջոցառումները հնարավորություն են տալիս ապահովել աշխատաշուկա-երիտասարդ կապը, լրացնել երիտասարդների, ուսանողների շրջանում առկա տեղեկատվական բացը, հասկանալ գործատո ւների կադրային քաղաքականությունը և գտնել աշխատանք։ Հիմնադրամի համակարգողն ընդգծել է նաև, որ աշխատանքի նման տոնավաճառներ պարբերաբար կազմակերպվում են տարբեր բուհերում։ 

Ագրարային համալսարանի ռեկտոր Արշալույս Թարվերդյանը տեղեկացրել է, որ դեռևս 2003թ. բուհում ստեղծվել է կարիերայի կենտրոն, որտեղ շրջանավարտները և ավարտական կուրսերի ուսանողները թողնում են իրենց տվյալները, իսկ կենտրոնը կապ է հաստատում պոտենցիալ գործատուների հետ։ Այժմ էլ գործում է նույն համակարգը ։ Ավելի քան 2700 շրջանավարտի տվյալներ կան այդ բազայում, և միայն վերջին 3 տարիների կտրվածքով՝ 560 շրջանավարտ այս ճանապարհով գտել է աշխատանք իր մասնագիտությամբ։ Եվ քանի որ տարբեր բուհեր աշխատանքի տոնավաճառը կազմակերպում են տարբեր ձևաչափով, 2 տարի առաջ պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերվել համատեղել ջանքերը՝ յուրաքանչյուր տարի այն իրականացնելով բուհերից մեկում։   

Աշխատանքի տոնավաճառի ընթացքում անցկացվել են նաև քննարկումներ մի շարք թեմաներով՝ «Ուսանողը՝ ապագա գործարար», «Կարիերայի հեռանկարները ֆինանսաբանկային ոլորտում», «Աշխատաշուկայում մրցունակ լինելու հիմնական կարողությունները» և այլն։
