Աշխաբադում նոյեմբերի 10-ին կայացել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Թուրքմենստանի միջև տնտեսական համագործակցության միջկառավարական հանձնաժողովի յոթերորդ նիստը:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտգործնախարարության մամուլի, տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապի վարչությունից, ՀՀ պատվիրակությունը գլխավորել է Հայաստանի էներգետիկայի և բնական պաշարների ն ախարար, հանձնաժողովի հայկական մասի նախագահ Երվանդ Զախարյանը, իսկ թուրքմենականը՝ Թուրքմենստանի փոխվարչապետ, հանձնաժողովի թուրքմենական մասի նախագահ Սապարդուրդի Թոյլիևը:

Նիստի ընթացքում քննարկվել են հայ-թուրքմենական առևտրատնտեսական հարաբերությունների հիմնական ուղղությունները, մասնավորապես, առանձնանշվել է երկու երկրներում գոյություն ունեցող առկա տնտեսական ներուժի լիարժեք օգտագործման և կողմերի միջև բոլոր ուղղություններով արդյունավետ գործընկերության հաստատման անհրաժեշտությունը: Նույն օրը ստորագրվել է հայ-թուրքմենական տնտեսական համագործակցության միջկառավարական հանձնաժողովի յոթերորդ նիստի արձանագրությունը, որի մեջ որպես հետագա համագործակցության առաջնահերթություններ են ամրագրվել էներգետիկայի, տեքստիլ արդյունաբերության, գյուղատնտեսության, տրանսպորտի և ավիացիայի, գիտության, կրթության, մշակույթի և սպորտի ոլորտները: Այցի շրջանակներում նոյեմբերի 10-ին Թուրքմենստանի նախագահ Գուրբանգուլի Բերդիմուհամեդովը ընդունել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության էներգետիկայի և բնական պաշարների նախարար Երվանդ Զախարյանին: Հանդիպմանը քննարկվել են միջկառավարական հանձնաժողովի նիստի օրակարգում ընդգրկված և երկուստեք հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող հարցերը:

Հաջորդ օրը՝ նոյեմբերի 11-ին, տեղի են ունեցել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Թուրքմենստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունների միջև քաղաքական խորհրդատվություններ փոխարտգործնախարարների մակարդակով: Խորհրդատվությունները հայկական կողմից գլխավորում էր Հայաստանի ԱԳ նախարարի տեղակալ Շավարշ Քոչարյանը, իսկ թուրքմենական կողմից՝ Թուրքմենստանի ԱԳ նախարարի տեղակալ Վեպա Խաջիևը: Խորհրդատվությունների ընթացքում կողմերը քննարկել են երկկողմ հարաբերությունների զարգացման հեռանկարներն ու նոր հնարավորությունները: Այս համատեքստում երկուստեք կարևորվել է նման միջոցառումների պարբերական անցկացումը, որն արդյունավետ հարթակ է երկու երկրների ղեկավարների միջև ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունների ընթացքը և դրանց իրականացման ուղղությամբ ձեռնարկված քայլերը քննարկելու համար: Ընդգծվել է հայ-թուրքմենական հարաբերությունների խորացման և զարգացման գործում բարձրաստիճան փոխայցելությունների շարունակականության հետագա ապահովման կարևորությունը:

Խորհրդատվությունների օրակարգում ներառված էր հարցերի լայն շրջանակ, այդ թվում՝ քաղաքական փոխգործակցության հետագա ակտիվացումը, երկկողմ տնտեսական բաղադրիչի հնարավորությունների օգտագործումը, միջազգային կազմակերպություններում փոխշահավետ համագործակցության ծավալումը, հումանիտար և մշակութային կապերի խորացումը, ինչպես նաև իրավապայմանագրային դաշտի հետագա ընդլայնումը: Խորհրդակցությունների ընթացքում տեղի ունեցավ մտքերի փոխանակում տարածաշրջանային և միջազգային հիմնախնդիրների շուրջ:
