Նկատելի է, որ մեզանում մշակույթը ընկալվում է որպես պատմական մշակույթ:
Երբ մենք խոսում ենք ներկա դեպքերի մասին ` մենք կարիք ունենք կամ ինքնահոս կերպով տեղափոխվում ենք ինչ որ պատմանակն ժամանակահատված ու փորձում պատմական իրողություններով ապացուցել այս կամ այն կարգի իրավացիություններս:Անշուշտ կասկածից վեր էկամ գոնե մինչև ԵՄ հանրային մենեջմենտի հետ մեր ծանոթությունը չէինք էլ կասկածում , որ մշակույթ ասածը վերաբերվում է մարդկային վարքականոնին , բայց այն , որ այդչափ ծավալվելու է մշակույթը ու դառնալու հանապազ գործառական միավոր ` չգիտեինք կամ գիտեին քչերը:
Արդի աշխարհում և ոչ միայն եվրոպական գաղափարախոսության մեջ մշակույթը կենսական , գործառական , գիտական հիմքով ու գործիքներով ամբողջականություն է / ի դեպ ժամանակ է մեր ժամանակների հայկական մշակույթի կազմակերպման ու հիմնավորման քանի որ եվրոպական մշակույթի բանաձևի բավականին գորիծքներ մեր կողմից օգտագործվում են առօրյայում- ասենք ֆլեշ մոբը , որը մեր համար դառնում է հանրային զբաղվածության տարբերակ/
Մեր ` հայկական ընկալմամբ այն ինչ պատմական չէ չունի հայկական զարդանաշխեր և չի համարվում պետական հուշարձան մշակույթ չէ :
Նկատելի է , որ թվարկվածի մեջ ամեն ինչը վերաբերվում է գրականության , ճարտարապետության, կերպարվեստի , երաժշտության և ժող արվեստի դրսևորումներին:Սակայն այս ամենի կիրառականությունը փոխհարաբերությունները հասարակության ու միջավայրի մեզ դառնում է մշակույթից դուրս և ինչն էլ իր հերթին դառնում է մշակույթի սպանության գործիք ու ուղի :
Պատմամշակութային հուշարձանի կիրառականության մի ձև գիտենք , որը է ճարտարապետական կոթողի կիրառումը հասարակական նպատակներով :Կերպարվեստը միայն դիտելու համար է / այդպես էլ կա ` այլ հարց է ինչպես բազմարկեպ մոտիվացիաները և առավել գրավչական միջավայր ստեղծել ?/ Սակայն կա նաև մշակույթը որպես միջոց / պահպանման հայեցակարգի կիրառմամբ / օգտագործերը և քանի որ մշակույթը հանրային արժեք է ` ապա հանրության մեջ հնարավորիս բազմարկելը:
Ծնվում են հարցեր_ արդյոք մշակութային կառույցի համար միակ / չեմ ասում թիվ մեկ / մարտահրավերը անձնագրավորումն ու պահպանություն է? և ասենք արդի թանգարանագիտության միակ գերխնդիրը մնում է շենքը տարածքը և նմուշի պահպանությունը?:
Արդյոք մշակույթ է համարվում հուշարձանի կիրառականության հետ կապված մարտահրավերները / անշուշտ /և արդյոք այդ ամենը մեզանում ընկալվում է որպես մշակույթ?
Թութանխամոնի դամբարանը բացել չէր կարելի/ համաձայն եմ որ իրավմամբ այդ դամբարանը բացելը մարդկային սնափառության արդյունք էր , բայց արդյոք այդ արդեն բացված դամբարանը միայն այցելությունների համար է? և չունի հանրահռչակման , դրանից բխող գեղագիտական դաստիրակության իրացման և լայն հասցեյականության ապահովման գերխնդիր ?Մեդիա միջոցների հնարավորությունների պարագայում կարիք ունենք արդյոք մշակութային մեդիա օպերատոների ` ովքեր կիրականացնեն այս գործառույթները ? :Արդյոք ունենք մշակույթի կամ հուշարձանի հանրային հարաբերությունների և ենթակառուցվածքային հարաբերությունների կազմակերպման հայեցակարգի / ասենք էլեկտրասնուցման անցկացման կարգ և դրա հսկողությունը ապահովող մասնագետի առակայություն /
մշակույթը մեր համար մեռած կոստատն է թե հառնող ?
.. մի քանի օր առաջ մի զրուցի էի ներկա , երբ երկու երիտասարդ իրար հետ վիճում էին թե հայերը արդի աշխարհում ամենազարգացած ազգն են , քանի որ ունեցել ենք հինգ հազար տարվա մշակույթ:
Ունեցել ենք ` իսկ հիմա ունենք ? Կարելի է կարծել թե բառախաղ է , բայց հինգ հազար տարվա մշակույթ մենք իրոք ունեցել ենք ու հիմա չունենք / արտահայտությունը անկախ ամեն բանից ճիշտ է /: Թեպետ մյուս կողմից մշակույթ չի կարելի ունենալ անցյալում քանի որ այն հացի պես է ու եթե ուժ չի տվել , քաշ չի ավլացրել ապա կորած է :
