Խորհրդարանը վավերացրեց մաքսային բարեփոխումների համար Չինաստանից վարկ ստանալու համաձայնագիրը

Ազգային ժողովը վավերացրեց մաքսային բարեփոխումների համար Չինաստանից արտոնյալ պայմաններով վարկ ստանալու մասին համաձայնագիրը: 2015 թվականի մարտի 25-ին Պեկինում ստորագրված «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության և Չինաստանի Ժողովրդական Հանրապետության կառավարության միջև «Հայաստանի Հանրապետությանը Չինաստանի Ժողովրդական Հանրապետության կողմից արտոնյալ վարկի տրամադրման մասին» շրջանակային համ աձայնագրին կողմ քվեարկեց 83, դեմ՝ 2, ձեռնպահ՝ 19 պատգամավոր:

Վարկի գումարը կազմում է 156 միլիոն չինական յուան: Վարկի մարման ժամկետը 20 տարի է, որից արտոնյալ ժամանակահատվածը կազմում է 5 տարի: Տարեկան տոկոսադրույքը երկու տոկոս է: Կառավարման վճարը կազմում է 0.15 տոկոս և պարտավճարը կազմում է 0.25 տոկոս:

Վարկային  ծրագրի իրականացման արդյունքում հնարավորկլինի ունենալ մաքսային հսկողության արդիականհամակարգ, որը մի քանի անգամ կկրճատի մաքսայինհսկողության իրականացման ընթացակարգերը՝տնտեսավարող սուբյեկտներին հնարավորություն տալով իրենց ապրանքը մաքսազերծել անհամեմատ ավելի կարճ ժամանակահատվածում:Մյուս կողմից համակարգը հնարավորություն կտա մշտական դիտարկման տակ պահել ապրանքնե րի տեղաշարժը մաքսակետից մինչևվերջնական նշանակման վայր:
