Քաղաքական վերլուծաբան Մենուա Հարությունյանն իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է.

Առողջապահության նախարար Արմեն Մուրադյանի կինը, ով երկու բարձրագույն կրթություն ունի, այդ թվում ավարտել է ՀՀ Ամերիկյան համալսարանը, առողջապահության նախարարի հասարակական հիմունքներով խորհրդական է նշանակվել 2006 թվականին նախարար Հարություն Քուշկյանի հրամանով, երբ նրա նախարար ամուսինը դեռևս հիվանդանոցի գլխավոր բժշկի տեղակալ էր, իսկ Առաքելություն Արևելք մարդասիրական օգնություն կազմակերպության հայաստանյան մասնաճյուղի ՄԻԱՎ/ՁԻԱՀ-ի կանխարգելման գործում աջակցության ծրագրի ղեկավարի պաշտոնում նախարարի կինը օբյեկտիվ և բարդ մրցույթով ընտրվել է 2011 թվականին , երբ նրա նախարար ամուսինը դեռևս նախարար չէր (Արմեն Մուրադյանը նախարար է նշանակվել 2014-ին), հետևաբար Արմեն Մուրադյանը չէր կարող իր կնոջն առաջ քաշել և բարձր պաշտոնների նշանակել և պետք չէ բացառել, պետք է հավատալ, որ մեզանում մարդիկ կարող են սեփական գիտելիքներով և աշխատասիրությամբ առաջ գնալ:

Հասկանում եմ` քավորսանիկական և սեփական բարեկամներին առաջ տանելու շատ պաշտոնյանների զզվելի գործելաոճն է պատճառը, որ շատերս թերահավատ ենք, բայց չի կարելի առանց ստույգ տեղեկություններ ունենալու` փորձել վարկաբեկել յուրաքանչյուրին: Նախարար նշանակվելով` Արմեն Մուրադյանը նախարարի խորհրդականի պաշտոնից ազատել է իր կնոջը, վստահ եմ` ոչ թե գլուխ գովալու, նամանավանդ որ գլուխ գովալու այլ արժանիքներ ունի, գոնե բարձր մակարդակի և պրոֆեսիոնալ բժիշկ է, այլ յուրաքանչյուր հայ տղամարդ հենց այդպես կվարվեր:

Անդրադարձա այս թեմային, քանզի իսկապես Արմեն Մուրադյանը լավ նախարար է , պրոֆեսիոնալ և նվիրումով աշխատող բժիշկ, մարդ, ում քայլերում ոչ թե PR գործողություններ են ընկած, այլ հիպոկրատի երդում տված մարդու պատասխանատվության զգացում:

Ես Արմեն Մուրադյանի PR-ով չեմ զբաղվում և անձնական շփումներ նրա հետ չունեմ,բայց նրա մասին միայն լավն եմ լսել, իսկ նրա տիկնոջ մասին բժշկական աշխարհը խոսում է ինքնուրույն ճանապարհ անցած, բարձր կրթական և մասնագիտական որակներ ունեցող, երեք հայ երեխաների օրինակելի մոր մասին: Ցավում եմ և դատապարտում, որ ինչ-ինչ նպատակներից ելնելով կամ որ ավելի ցավալի է` աննպատակ, փորձ է արվում վարկաբեկել օրինակելի և հայրենասեր մեկ ընտանիք: Սա իսկապես անթույլատրելի է:
