Հայաստանում կոռուպցիոն դրսևորումների դեմ պայքարը հանրության համար պետք է դառնա համընդհանուր գերակայություն:

Ծաղկաձորում Եվրոպայի խորհրդի և ՀՀ կրթության նախարարության համատեղ կազմակերպած «Բարեվարքության ամրապնդում բարձրագույն կրթության համակարգում» խորագրով համաժողովին նշեց Հայաստանի Հանրապետական կուսակցության փոխնախագահ, ՀՀ կրթությանև գիտության նախարար Արմեն Աշոտյանը:
 
«Կոռուպցիան, մասնավորապես կրթության ոլորտում, բազմաձև է և բազմաբաղադրիչ, հետևապես կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի ամբող ջ բեռը թողնել միայն իշխանությունների վրա, նշանակում է քաղաքականացնել խնդիրը»,- հայտնեց նա:

Նա նկատեց, որ ոչ մի կրթության նախարար չի կարող հետևել հարյուր հազարավոր ուսանողների ակադեմիական միջանկյալ գործունեությանը: «Եթե կոռուպցիայով երկու կողմերն էլ շահագրգռված են, ապա ինչպե՞ս մենք կարող ենք այդ խնդրի լուծումը թողնել միայն իշխանության վրա: Իրականության մեջ մեր հասարակության մի զգալի մասը հետևյալ բանաձևն ունի իր մտքում. «Կամ կոռուպցիան պետք է ավելի քիչ լինի, կամ իմ մասնակցությունն այդ կոռուպցիային` հնարավորինս շատ»: Մենք բոլորս պետք է առաջին հերթին մեր մեջ փոխենք այդ մոտեցումները` կոռուպցիայի նկատմամբ ձևավորելով ա նհանդուրժողականության մտածելակերպ, ինչը շատ կարևոր է»,- շեշտեց Աշոտյանը:
