 Ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոնից ոստիկանության Հրազդանի բաժնում նոյեմբերի 16-ին` ժամը 19.20-ին, հաղորդում է ստացվել, որ իրենց է զանգահարել ոմն Սերյոժա և հայտնել, որ Հանքավան գյուղի «Տաք ջրի» մոտ վթար է տեղի ունեցել: Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ոստիկանության հասարակ այնության հետ կապերի եւ լրատվության վարչությունից, նույն օրը` ժամը 19.50-ին, հիվանդանոցից ոստիկանության Հրազդանի բաժնում հաղորդում է ստացվել, որ հրազենային վնասվածքներով իրենց մոտ է տեղափոխվել երկու տղամարդու դիակ, իսկ երրորդի դիակը գտնվում է Հանքավան գյուղում:
