Շիրակի մարզի 8 համայնք պատրաստվում է ՏԻՄ հերթական ընտրությունների: Ընտրությունները կայանալու են դեկտեմբերի 6-ին: 8-ից 3-ում ընտրելու են ավագանու անդամների, 1-ում ավագանի և համայնքի ղեկավար, իսկ  մյուսներում համայնքի ղեկավար: Այս պահին արդեն առաջադրված են թեկնածուները, և  ընթանում է քարոզչության փուլը:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրեց Շիրակիմարզպետարանի աշխատակազմի ՏԻ ևհանրապետական գործադիր մարմնի հարցերովվարչության տեղական ինքնակառավարման ևհամայնքային ծառայության  հարցերի բաժնի պետՌուբեն Հարությունյանը,  եթե 4-ում սպասվում են «հանգիստ» ընտրություններ, ապա արդեն իսկ պարզ է, որ Բասեն, Գեղանիստ, Նահապատավան և Շիրակ համայնքներում թեժ պայքար է լինելու: Ի դեպ, բոլոր համայնքներում պայքարի մեջ են նախկին համայնքապետերը: «Փոքր համայնքներում բոլորն իրար ճանաչում  են և քարոզչության մեծ գործընթաց չի սպասվում: Պարզապես մնում է ներկայացնել ընտրվելու դեպքում ծրագիրը և 4 տարվա ընթացքում ինչ աշխատանքներ են իրականացվելու»,-նշեց Ռուբեն Հարությունյանը:

Մեր այն հարցին թե արդյոք այս գործընթացը չի՞ խանգարի սահմանադական փոփոխությունների  հանրաքվեին, պատասխանատուն տեղեկացրեց, որ այս համայնքների բնակիչները, ստանալով տարբեր քվեաթերթիկներ, տարբեր հարցերի շուրջ են քվեարկում՝ ոչնչով չխանգարելով իրար: «Սա առաջին նմանատիպ դեպքը չէ: Էլի է եղել նման «ակտիվ» գործընթաց և բացարձակ խանգարող հանգամանք չկա»,-հավելեց Ռուբեն Հարությունյանը:

Ավելացնենք, որ բոլոր համայնքներում, բացի Պեմզաշենից, դեկտեմբերի 6-ին կգործի մեկական ընտրական տեղամաս, Պեմզաշենում՝ երկու: Ընտրողների նախնական ցուցակները հրապարակված են, փակցված ընտրական տեղամասերում, իսկ մեկ օր առաջ, ըստ գործող կարգի,  կտրամադրվեն նաև վերջնական ընտրացուցակները: «Տեղամասերը կան, հանձնաժողովները ձևավորված են, առաջին նիստերը` կայացած: Այս պահին քվեարկության կամ քարոզչության հետ կապված բողոքներ ու խնդիրներ չկան»,-հավելեց պատասխանատուն:
