Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությունը նոր կազմավորվող և դանդաղ զարգացող կառույց է, որի ձևավորման գործընթացները շատ դեպքերում ընկալելի չեն նաև ռուսական լրատվամիջոցների համար։ 

Երևանում ռուս առաջատար լրագրողների մասնակցությամբ տեղի ունեցած «Եվրասիական ինտեգրացիա և տեղեկատվական տարածություն» խորագրով մամուլի ասուլիսին նման կարծիք հայտնեց Ռուսաստանի հանրային հեռուստաընկերության մեկնաբան, «Էքսպերտ» և «Նոր ժամանակ» ամսագրերի հեղինակ Լեոնիդ Մլեչինը։

«Այդ ոլորտը մեզ համար նույնպես դեռևս անճանաչելի է, ինչպես ձեզ համար։ Այն նոր է և ոչ միշտ հասկանալի։ Լրատվամիջոցները դեռ պետք է սովորեն այն հասկանալ և օգնեն դրա ձևավորմանը։ Այստեղ մենք մեծ հետաքրքրություն տեսանք ԵԱՏՄ ինտեգրացիոն գործընթացի հանդեպ, ինչը մեզ ստիպեց մտածել, որ մենք քիչ ուշադրություն ենք դարձնում այս նոր միությանը, որը շատ հեռանկարային է։ Վերադառնալով Մոսկվա՝ մենք փորձելու են հարաբերություններ հաստատել միությունը ներկայացնող կառույցների հետ, որոնք պետք է ավելի բաց լինեն հասարակության առաջ», - ասաց Մլեչինը։

ՌԴ Հեռուստատեսության և ռադիոյի կառավարման միջազգային ակադեմիայի ներկայացուցիչը նաև ցանկություն հայտնեց համագործակցել հայ գործընկեր-լրագրողների հետ: «Գարնանը, երբ եկա Հայաստան, մենք պատրաստում էինք հաղորդում Հայոց ցեղասխանության 100-ամյակին նվիրված: Հետո եկել ենք ամռանը ու հանդիպելով մեր գործընկրներին՝ զրուցում էինք Գյումրիի հայտնի դեպքերի ու դրանց՝ ռուսական լրատվամիջոցներով լուսաբանման մասին: Մենք հասկացանք, որ բացակայում է գործընկերային հաղորդակցությունը. մենք վատ ենք պատկերացնում, թե ինչ է կատարվում Հայաստանում, ինչով են զ բաղված մեր հայ գործընկերները: Դրա համար է էլ որոշեցինք գալ Հայաստան»,-ասաց նա:

Մամուլի ասուլիսին հաջորդած «Էլեկտրոնային լրատվամիջոցների դերը բազմամակարդակ մեդիա տարածության ստեղծման» թեմայով կլոր-սեղան քննարկմանը Լեոնիդ Մլեչինը մտահոգություն հայտնեց, որ նվազում է պրոֆեսիոնլ լրագրությունը։ Ռուս լրագրողի խոսքով՝ եթե նախկինումը լրագրողը մեկ նյութի վրա կարող էր աշխատել մեկ ամիս և խորը հետազոտելով թեման համակողմանի լրագրողական նյութ պատրաստեր, ապա այսօր դրա պահանջարկը չկա։ Նա նկատեց, որ էլեկտրոնային լրագրությունը լուծել է մի քանի խնդիրներ՝ լուրն անհամեմատ ավելի արագ և մեծ քանակությամբ է հասնում ընթերցողին և խոսքի ազատությունը․ ցանկացած մարդ կարող է իր կարծիքը ներկայացնել հանրությանը։ Սակայն դրան զուգահեռ հետ է նահանջում պրոֆեսիոնալ՝ հետաքննական և վերլուծական լրագրությունը։
