Նավթի էժանացումից Ադրբեջանը 8,7 մլրդ դոլար է կորցրել

 Անցյալ տարի սկսված նավթի էժանացման հետևանքով Ադրբեջանի նավթային եկամուտները 8,7 մլրդ դոլարով նվազել են:

Այս մասին, ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, հայտնում է «Ազադլըգ» թերթը` հղում կատարելով Ադրբեջանի պետական մաքսային ծառայության զեկույցին:

Ըստ այդ զեկույցի` 2015 թվականի 10 ամիսների ընթացքում չմշակված նավթի վաճառքից Ադրբեջանի եկամուտը, 2014 թվականի նույն ժամանակաշրջանի համեմատ, 53,4 տոկոսով փոքր է:

Թերթը գրում է, որ, կանխատեսումների համաձայն, Ադրբեջանի պետական նավթային հիմնադրամը, որը հանդիսանում է պետբյուջեն ձեւավորող հիմնական աղբյուրը, պակասորդով կփակի նաեւ 2016 թվականը:

Ադրբեջանի վարչապետ Արթուր Ռասիզադեի նախագահությամբ անցկացված Հիմնադրամի խորհրդի հերթական նիստում 2016 թվականի բյուջեի նախագծի քննարկման ժամանակ նշվել է, որ եկող տարվա եկամուտը կանխատեսվում է 6,7 մլրդ մանաթ, իսկ ծախսերը` 8,3 մլրդ մանաթ, այդ թվում` Հիմնադրամի կառավարման հետ կապված ծախսերը` 24,4 մլն մանաթ:

«Թուրան» լրատվական գործակալությունն ավելի վաղ հաղորդել էր, որ նավթ արդյունահանող երկրների միության` ՕՊԵԿ-ի նավթի շուկայի գծով նոյեմբերի12-ին հրապարակված զեկույցում ասվում է, որ Ադրբեջանում 2015 թվականի հունվար-սեպտեմբեր ամիսներին նավթի արդյունահանման օրական ծավալը, անցյալ տարվա նույն ժամանակաշրջանի համեմատ, 30 հազար բարելով կրճատվել է:

Նավթի համաշխարհային գների եւ մանաթի փոխարժեքի անկման պատճառով Ադրբեջանի տնտեսությունը հայտնվել է ճգնաժամի մեջ. փակվել են նավթարդյունաբերության մի շարք ձեռնարկություններ, պետական եւ մասնավոր հաստատություներ, հազարավոր աշխատավորներ գործազուրկ են դարձել, Ադրբեջանի տնտեսական աճն օրեցօր նվազում է, միջազգային վարկանիշային գործակալությունների տվյալների համաձայն` Ադրբեջանական բանկերը կանգնած են ռիսկի սահմանին, այս տարվա ընթացքում Ադրբեջանն արդեն 6,7 մլրդ դոլար է կորցրել, երկրի բյուջեն դեֆիցիտային է դարձել. եկող տարվա բյուջեն անցյալ տա րվա պետբյուջեից մոտ 2 անգամ փոքր է սահմանվել:
