Երվանդ Զախարյանը ՀԷՑ-ում կորուստների նվազման միտումները էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագինն իջեցնելու հիմք չի համարում

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության էներգետիկայի և բնական պաշարների նախարար Երվանդ Զախարյանը Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցերի կորուստների նվազում է կանխատեսում, քանի որ ՀԷՑ-ի վաճառքից հետո ակնկալում է ցանցերի ավելի լավ կառավարում:

Սակայն այս ամենից էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագնի նվազում չի սպասվում: Ազգային ժողովում կառավարության հետ հարց ու պատասխանի ժամանակ, պատասխանելով ՀԱԿ խմբակցության քարտուղար Արամ Մանուկյանի հարցին, Երվանդ Զախարյանը նշեց, որ ներկա պահին կորուստների նվազումը չի կարող հիմք հանդիսանալ էլետրաէներգիայի սակագինը իջեցնելու համար:

«Մենք հնարավոր չենք համարում այս գործոնի հիման վրա էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագնի իջեցման հայտ ներկայացնել, քանի որ կորուստների նվազման տվյալները, որը դուք հնչեցնում եք, հիմնավորված և փաստաթղթավորված չեն: Եթե անգամ կա կորուստների նվազում, ապա դա չի համապատասխանում այն նորմատիվներին, որոնք սահմանված են Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովի կողմից, քանի որ երկար տարիներ ՀԷՑ-ի կորուստներն ավելի մեծ են եղել, քան հանձնաժողովի կողմից հաստատված կորուստները: Եթե անգամ այսօր կա կորուստների նվազեցման հնարավորություն, ինչում մենք համոզված ենք, քանի որ ակնկալում ենք ավելի լավ կառավարում, ապա դա նվազեցնելու է ցանցերի վնասները, սակայն ներկա փուլում այդ մասով էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագնի վերանայման հնարավորություն չկա»,- պարզաբանեց նախարարը:

Անդրադառնալով պատգամավորի մյուս հարցադրմանը՝ սահմանի վրա ռուսական գազի գնի նվազման հետևանքով էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագնի նվազեցման հնարավորության վերաբերյալ՝ Երվանդ Զախարյանը հստակեցրեց, որ այս ուղղությամբ ևս էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագնի նվազում չի կարող լինել: Նա մանրամասնեց, որ սահմանի վրա Ռուսաստանից գնվող գազի գնի նվազումից առաջացող  հավելյալ գումարներով ծածկվելու են այն կորուստները, որոնք եղել են դոլար-դրամ տատանումների հետևանքով, ինչպես նաև օգտագործվելու են գազամատակարարման համակարգի արդիականացման համար: «Ուստի, ելնելով այս ամենից, այս ուղղութամբ ևս էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագնի նվազում հնարավոր չէ»,- եզրափակեց Զախարյանը:
