Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության իշխանությունները պատրաստ են ընդունել Եվրոպայի խորհրդի խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովում (ԵԽԽՎ) Սարսանգի ջրամբարի հարցով զեկուցող Միլիցա Մարկովիչին:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ԼՂՀ ԱԳՆ լրատվական ծառայությունից` այդ մասին Tert.am-ի հարցին ի պատասխան նշել է ԼՂՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության մամուլի քարտուղար Անի Սարգսյանը՝ պատասխանելով մեր այն հարցին, թե նոյեմբերի 23-ին ԵԽԽՎ Սոցիալական հարցերի, առողջապահության և կայուն զարգացման հանձնաժողովի կայանալիք նիստում,  որի ժամանակ հնարավոր է ընթանա Սարսանգի ջրամբարի վերաբերյալ զեկույցի նախապատրաստման քննարկում, ենթադրվում է արդյոք ԵԽԽՎ զեկուցողի այց ԼՂՀ։

«Նոյեմբերի 16-ին մենք նամակ ենք ստացել ԵԽԽՎ Քարտուղարության գլխավոր տնօրեն Մարիո Մարտինսի կողմից՝ Սարսանգի ջրամբարի հարցով ԵԽԽՎ զեկուցող Միլիցա Մարկովիչի՝ ԼՂՀ կատարելիք այցին աջակցելու խնդրանքով։ Պատասխան նամակում մենք նշել ենք, որ չնայած զեկույցի անվանման և նրա պատրաստման գործընթացի առնչությամբ մեր ունեցած լուրջ վերապահումներին ու նկատառումներին, ԼՂՀ իշխանությունները պատրաստ են ԵԽԽՎ-ի հետ համագործակցությանը:

Միաժամանակ ընդգծվել է Սարսանգի ջրամբարի հարցի քաղաքականացման ցանկացած փորձի անթույլատրելիությունը: Մեր խորին համոզմամբ զեկույցում չպետք է շոշափվեն Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի կարգավիճակը, ինչպես նաև կողմերի միջև փոխադարձաբար համաձայնեցված և միջազգային մանդատով օժտված միակ ձևաչափի՝ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահության միջնորդական ջանքերի առարկա հանդիսացող հակամարտության տարբեր ասպեկտներ։

Նման մոտեցմանը կողմնակից են նաև ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահները, որոնք 2015 թ․ նոյեմբերի 12-ին արված իրենց հայտարարության մեջ նշել են, որ «հաշվի առնելով բանակցությունների զգայուն բնույթը՝ ձևաչափը փոփոխելու կամ զուգահեռ մեխանիզմներ ստեղծելու փորձերը կարող են խաթարել բանակցային գործընթացը և խոչընդոտում են կարգավորման ուղղությամբ առաջընթացի ձեռքբերմանը․․․ Հույս ունենք, որ ԼՂՀ կողմից համագործակցելու պատրաստակամությունն ամենայն պատասխանատվությամբ կընկալվի Միլիցա Մարկովիչի կողմից՝ զեկույցը օբյեկտիվության և անկողմնակալության սկզբունքների հիման վրա պատրաստելու նպատակով»,- նշել է Անի Սարգսյանը:
