Սահմանադրական բարեփոխումներին դեմ արտահայտվող «ոչ»-ի շարժման հաջորդ և վերջին  հանրահավաքը տեղի կունենա դեկտեմբերի 3-ին: Ազատության հրապարակում նոյեմբերի 20-ին տեղի ունեցավ «ոչ»-ի շարժման հերթական հանրահավաքը, որի մասնակիցները թիվը չէր գերազանցում 2000-ը: Հանրահավաքի կազմակերպիչները հայտարարեցին, որ վերջին հանրահավաքն անցկացնելու են դեկտեմբերի 3-ին, որից հետո պատրաստվելու են սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների հանրաքվեին:

Հատկանշական է, որ հանրահավաքին չէր  մասնակցում ՀԱԿ առաջնորդ Լևոն Տեր-Պետրոսյանը:

Հանրահավաքի ընթացքում «ոչ»-ի շարժման կենտրոնական շտաբի ղեկավար, ԱԺ ՀԱԿ խմբակցության ղեկավար Լևոն Զուրաբյանը հավաքվածներին ներկայացրեց «ոչ»-ի շարժման՝ հաջողության հասնելու ծրագիրը: Լևոն Զուրաբյանը խոստովանեց, որ ընդդիմությունը ժողովրդի վստահությունը վերականգնելու խնդիր ունի, որն էլ նրանց համար հաջողություն արձանագրելու ամենաիրական ճանապարհն է: Նրա խոսքով հաջողություն հնարավոր կլինի արձանագրել միայն այն ժամանակ, երբ ժողովրդի մեծամասնությունը կմասնակցի քվեարկությանը և «ոչ» կասի սահմանադրական փոփոխություններին :  «Եթե ժողովրդի մեծ մասը գնա, մասնակցի քվեարկությանը և «ոչ» ասի, մեր վստահված անձինք կկարողանան ամբողջ եռանդով պայքարել ժողովրդի ձայնը վերահաստատելու համար: Եթե չգնաք քվեարկության, հետո նրանք ոչ մի բանի համար էլ չեն կարող  պայքարել»,- հավաքվածներին փոխանցեց Զուրաբյանը:

Հանրահավաքի ընթացքում Լևոն Զուրաբյանը խոսեց նաև «ոչ»-ի կողմնակիցների  կայացած կոնսոլիդացիայի մասին, սակայն, ի հակառակ քվեակությանը ակտիվ մասնակցելու նրա կոչերի՝  սահմանադրական բարեփոխումներին դեմ «Նոր Հայաստան» նախաձեռնությունը մի քանի անգամ հանդես է եկել հանրաքվեն բոյկոտելու կոչերով:

Հանրահավաքի ավարտին տեղի ունեցավ մասնակիցների երթը Մաշտոցի պողոտա- Ամիրյան փողոց-Հանրապետության հրապարակ-Սախարովի հրապարակ-Թումանյան փողոց-Ազատության հրապարակ երթուղով:
