Հայաստանը պետք է անի հնարավոր և անհնար ամեն բան, որպեսզի Եվրոպայի խորհրդի խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի քաղաքական հանձնաժողովի ընդունած հակահայկական զեկույցը լիագումար նիստում չընդունվի և բանաձև չդառնա: Նոյեմբերի 21-ին այս մասին ասաց ԱԺ ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Գագիկ Մինասյանը` անդրադառնալով ԵԽԽՎ քաղաքական հանձնաժողովի ընդունած հակահայկական զեկույցին` «Բռնություն ների աճը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում և Ադրբեջանի այլ գրավյալ տարածքներում» խորագրով: «Մենք պետք է աշխատենք ուժերի գերագույն լարումով բոլոր ուղղություններով, այդ թվում` միջազգային խորհրդարանական հարթակներում, որպեսզի թույլ չտանք նման հակահայկական զեկույցների ու բանաձևերի ընդունումը: ԵԽԽՎ քաղաքական հարցերի հանձնաժողովն արդեն ընդունել է այդ զեկույցը, սակայն այն դեռ վերջնական չէ, ու մենք պետք է անենք հնարավոր ու անհնար ամեն բան, որպեսզի այն որոշում չդառնա»,-  Արմենպրեսի հաղորդմամբ` նշեց Մինասյանը:

Պատգամավորը նկատում է, նման զեկույցների ընդունումը իրականում որևէ ազդեցություն չի կարող ունենալ ԼՂ հակամարտության կարգավորման վերջնական արդյունքի վրա, սակայն կարող է խնդիրներ առաջացնել այդ վերջնական արդյունքին հասնելու համար: «Այն որ այդ փաստաթուղթը ոչ կառուցողական է ու որևէ կերպ չի նպաստում խնդրի կարգավորմանը, ոչ միայն մեր, այլ նաև Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահող երկրների ամենաբարձր ներկայացուցիչների կարծիքն է»,- ասաց նա:

Մինասյանի խոսքով` Հայաստանը պետք է բոլորի համար ակնհայտ դարձնի այն գործիքակազմը, որի շնորհիվ ադրբեջանցիները կարողանում են նման ոչ կառուցողական զեկույցներ անցկացնել: «Մենք պետք է ցույց տանք, որ կաշառելու եղանակով հնարավոր չէ ճշմարտություն ձեռք բերել, պետք է ցույց տանք, որ ստի ոտքը կարճ է, և այդ անպարկեշտ գործարքները վաղը կամ մյուս օրը պետք է սև խարան լինեն ոչ միայն կաշառք տվողին, այլ կաշառքը վերցնողին: Սա պետք է լինի մեր հիմնական գործիքակազմը, որպեսզի հնարավորինս սահմանափակենք խնդրի կարգավորմանը որևէ կերպ չնպաստող որոշումների ընունդը»,- եզրափակեց պատգամավորը:
