Մեր մոլորակի զարգացումն ընթանում է ահագնացող տեմպերով: Սրանից 20 տարի առաջ ո՞վ կարող էր պատկերացնել, որ մենք կարող ենք օգտվել օրինակ սմարթֆոններից, վիդեոկապ հաստատել միմյանց հետ, այն էլ այսօրվա մակարդակով: Դա պարզապես վեր էր մեր պատկերացումներից: Մեր ուղեղը ի վիճակի էլ չեր մշալեկելու նման ինֆորմացիան: 21-րդ դարի տեխնոլոգիաները գերազանցում են նույնիսկ ամենաթերահավատների սպասումները: Նման տեմպերով զարգացումը ինչի կհանգեցնի 50 կամ 100 տարի անց, կրկին դժվար է պատկերացնել, քանզի այսօրվա դրությամբ կրկին մեր ուղեղը ի վճակի չէ մշակել նման տվյալներ:
Դեռևս 1998 թվականին տեղեկություն տարածվեց, որ կյանքի է կոչվել մարդկանց չիպավորումը: Նման քայլի էր գնացել գիտնական Կեվին Ուորվիկը: Նրա նյարդային համակարգի մեջ տեղարդրվել էր միկրոչիպ: Պրոեկտը կոչվեց <<կիբորգ 1.0>>: Գլխավոր նպատակը ժամանակակից տեխնոլոգիաների ներդրումն էր ամենօրյա կյանքի մեջ: Ապակե պարկուճը պարունակում էր 64 բիթանոց կոդ, որը գիտնականին հնարավություն էր ընձեռում բնակարանում մեկ կետից կառավարել ողջ էլեկտրոնիկան: Ժամանակակից տեխնոլոգիաները մեծ նշանակություն ունեն Ֆորս մաժորային իրավիճակներում օրինակ քաղաքական կամ տնտեսական ճգնաժամի դեպքում պետության կողմից մարդկանց նկատմամբ վերահսկողությունը ուժեղացնելու առումով: Մասոնների ողջ գործունեությունն ուղղված է հենց այդ վերահսկողությունն ավելի ուժեղացնելուն և վերահսկողության գործիքները կատարելագործելուն: Ահա այստեղ է հաստատվում և իրականությանը համապատասխան դառնում Հովհաննեսի խոսքը <>՝ և նա այնպես կանի, որ բոլորի՝ թույլերի և հզորների, հարուստների և աղքատների, ազատների և ստրուկների աջ ձեռքին դրոշմ կդաջի, և բոլոր նրանք, ովքեր զուրկ կլինեն այդ դրոշմից, չեն կարող ոչ գնել, ոչ էլ վաճառել: Այսինքն կլինեն վերահսկողության տակ: Ժամանակակից տեխնոլոգիաների առաջընթացը մենք ի վիճակի չենք զսպել, եթե միայն կործանենք ողջ գիտական համակարգը: Սակայն դա անիրատեսական է: Մեզ պարզապես մնում է ձեռք չբերել կախվածություն ժամանակակից տեխնոլոգիաներից և վերջիններիս միջոցով չտեղեկացնել մեր գաղտնիքների և գործերի մասին, որը բացի մեզ վնասելուց կարող է խնդիրներ հարուցել նաև պետության համար՝ կախված ինֆորմացիայի կարևորությունից և լրջությունից:
