Մեկ ամսում հանրապետությունում արձանագրվել է անհատական բնակելի տան առուվաճառքի 373 գործար

Այս տարվա հոկտեմբերին հանրապետությունում արձանագրվել է անհատական բնակելի տան առուվաճառքի 373 գործարք, այդ թվում` Երևան քաղաքում՝ 127 գործարք, մարզերում՝ 246 գործարք: 2015 թվականի հոկտեմբերին սեպտեմբերի համեմատ, անհատական բնակելի տների առուվաճառքների գործարքների քանակը աճել է 22.3 տոկոսով, ընդ որում, Երևանում՝ 58.8 տոկոսով, իսկ մարզերում` 9.3 տոկոսով: 2015 թվականի հոկտեմբերին 2014 թվականի նույն ամսվա համեմատ անհատակ ան բնակելի տների առուվաճառքի գործարքների քանակը նվազել է 16.9 տոկոսով, ընդ որում, Երևանում՝ աճել 1.6 տոկոսով, իսկ մարզերում` նվազել 24.1 տոկոսով:

Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է ՀՀ կառավարությանն առընթեր կադաստրի պետական կոմիտեն, 2015 հոկտեմբերին Երևան քաղաքի վարչական շրջաններում շինության 250.0 քառ. մ.-ի և տնամերձի 400.0 քառ. մ. միջին մակերեսներով անհատական բնակելի տների առուվաճառքների (պայմանագրային) գների և առաջարկվող գների վերլուծության արդյունքում շուկայական ամենաբարձր միջին գները (հաշվարկված շինության 1 քառ. մ մակերեսով (ներառյալ տնամերձի)  2015թ. սեպտեմբերի համեմատ չեն փոփոխվել. դրանց ամենաբարձր մակարդակը գրանցվել է Կենտրոն վարչական շրջանում ՝ 476.1 հազար դրամ, ամենացածրը՝ Նուբարաշենում՝150.8 հազար դրամ և Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիայում՝ 238 հազար դրամ։

Այս տարվա հոկտեմբերին նախորդ ամսվա համեմատ չեն փոփոխվել հանրապետության մյուս քաղաքներում անհատական բնակելի տների գները։ 2015 թվականի հոկտեմբերին հանրապետության քաղաքներում, բացառությամբ Երևանը, շինության 200 քառ. մ և տնամերձի 1000 քառ. մ շինության միջին մակերեսներով անհատական բնակելի տների առուվաճառքների (պայմանագրային) գների և առաջարկվող գների վերլուծության արդյունքում ձևավորված ամենաբարձր շուկայական միջինացված գները (հաշվարկված շինության 1 քառ. մ մակերեսով՝ ներառյալ տնամերձի միավորի գինը) մարզերի հետևյալ քաղաքներում են. Արագածոտնի Աշխարակ քաղաքում՝ 136.2 հազար դրամ (սեպտեմբերի համեմատ մնացել է անփոփոխ),  Արարատի մարզի Մասիսում ՝ 115.1 հազար դրամ (անփոփոխ), Արմավիրի մարզի Վաղարշապատ քաղաքում՝ 153.1 հազար դրամ (անփոփոխ), Գեղարքունիքի Մարտունիում՝ 96.1 հազար դրամ (անփոփոխ),  Լոռու Սպիտակ քաղաքում՝  114 հազար դրամ (անփոփոխ), Կոտայքի Ծաղկաձոր քաղաքում՝ 305 հազար դրամ (անփոփոխ), Շիրակի Գյումրի քաղաքում՝ 119.25 հազար դրամ (աճը՝ 100 դրամ), Սյունիքի մարզի Գորիսում՝ 130  հազար դրամ (անփոփոխ),  Վայոց ձորի Ջերմուկ քաղաքում՝ 131.3  հազար դրամ (անփոփոխ), իսկ Տավուշի մարզի Իջևան քաղաքում ՝ 123.2  հազար դրամ և սեպտեմբերի համեմատ մնացել անփոփոխ։
