Թուրքիան փորձում է արագացնել ԵՄ անդամակցության գործընթացը

Ստեղծված ճգնաժամի պատճառով Մերձավոր Արեւելքից փախստականների հոսքը Եվրոպա կանխելու համար Եվրամիությունը մեծ ֆինանսական միջոցներ է հատկացրել նրանց Թուրքիայում պահելու համար: Օգտվելով այդ առիթից` Անկարան փորձում է արագացնել Եվրամիությանը Թուրքիայի անդամակցության գործընթացը:

Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը` վկայակոչելով «Անատոլու» լրատվական գործակալությունը, 11 տարի ընդմիջումից հետո Բրյուսելում տեղի ունեցած ԵՄ-Թուրքիա գագաթաժողովից հետո կազմակերպված մամուլի ասուլիսում Թուրքիայի վարչապետ Ահմեդ Դավութօղլուն հայտարարել է, որ համաձայնության են եկել Թուրքիայի ԵՄ անդամակցության հարցով տարեկան երկու գագաթնաժողով անցկացնել եւ արագացնել անդամակցության գործընթացը:

Դավութօղլուն ասել է, որ թուրքական կողմն առաջարկել է թուրք քաղաքացիների համար ԵՄ վիզային ռեժիմը վերացնել մինչեւ 2016 թվականի հոկտեմբերը, նախատեսված 2017 թվականի նոյեմբերի փոխարեն:

Դրա դիմաց ԵՄ-ն Անկարայից պահանջում է 2016 թվականի հոկտեմբերից ուժի մեջ մտցնել ԵՄ եւ Թուրքիայի միջեւ փախստականներին հետ վերցնելու` ռեադմիսիայի  մասին համաձայնագիրը: Ավելի վաղ ենթադրվում էր, որ այն կսկսի գործել 2017 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 1-ից: Այդ համաձայնագիրը նախատեսում է ԵՄ-ից Թուրքիա փախստականների վերադարձը, որոնք այդ երկրի տարածքով Եվրոպա են եկել երրորդ երկրներից:

Թուրքական ԶԼՄ-ները հայտնել են, որ ԵՄ-ն Թուրքիային 3 մլրդ եվրո է հատկացրել փախստականներին իր տարածքում պահելու համար:
