Թուրքիայի ԱԳ նախարար Մեվլութ Չավուշօղլուն Բելգրադում ԵԱՀԿ նախարարների խորհրդի նիստի ժամանակ անդրադարձել է նոյեմբերի 24-ին Սիրիայի սահմանին թուրքական ռազմաօդային ուժերի կողմից ռուսական ինքնաթիռի խոցմանն ու շեշտել, որ ռուսական ինքնաթիռը անօրինական կերպով հատել է Թուրքիայի սահմանը:

Չավուշօղլուն պատասխանել է ռուսական կողմի հայտարարություններին՝ շեշտելով, որ միջազգային ահաբեկչության դեմ պայքարը չպետք է օգտագործել քաղաքական նպատակներով: «Նոյեմբերի 24-ին տեղի ունեցածը, երբ ռուսական ինքնաթիռը հատել էր Թուրքիայի սահմանը, չպետք է շփոթել մեր ընդհանուր պայքարի հետ ընդդեմ ԴԱԻՇ-ի: Չի կարելի ահաբեկչության դեմ պայքարն օգտագործել քաղաքական նպատակներով»,- ասել է Չավուշօղլուն:

Նա շեշտել է, որ ներկա դրությամբ ամենագլխավոր հարցը անվտանգության ապահովումն է, եւ այդ առումով լուրջ փորձություն է սպասվում կայունությունը ապահովելու համար: Թուրքիայի ԱԳ նախարարը շեշտել է, որ սիրիական ճգնաժամը դուրս է եկել տարածաշրջանից եւ լուրջ խնդիրներ ծնել նաեւ տարածաշրջանից դուրս: Չավուշօղլուի գնահատմամբ, անվտանգության հարցն ու Եվրոպա ներթափանցած ներգաղթյալների հարցը փոխկապակցված են: «Եթե ներգաղթյալների հարցը նոր է Եվրոպայի համար, ապա Թուրքիայի համար դա հինգ տարվա պատմություն ունի, եւ ներգաղթյալների հարցը շարունակելու է մն ալ օրակարգային հարց: Ահաբեկչությունը եւ ներգաղթյալների հարցը փոխկապակցված են: Մենք պետք է զարգացնեն երկխոսությունը ԵԱՀԿ երկրների հետ: Մենք պետք է ադեկվատ պատասխան տանք ահաբեկչությանը»,- եզրափակել է Չավուշօղլուն:
