Եթե խոսում ենք ներկա ու նախկին նախագահների միջև եղած հակասությունների մասին, ապա Լևոն Տեր-Պետրոսյան-Սերժ Սարգսյան հակասության սրությամբ վաղուց արդեն ոչ ոքի չենք զարմացնի: Այն սուր էր դեռ 2008-ից, և բոլորս էլ հիշում ենք, թե առաջին, և թե ներկա նախագահների ելույթները, միմյանց հասցեին հնչեցված բավականին սուր քննադատությունները: Երկրորդ նախագահի պարագայում մի փոքր այլ էր:

Արդեն Սերժ Սարգսյանի պաշտոնավարման օրոք քաղաքական դաշտում որոշակի վերադասավորումներին (երբ ԲՀԿ-ն իշխանականից դարձավ «այլընտրանք») զուգընթաց սկսեց փոխվել նաև Քոչարյանի դիրքորոշումը: Նրա երբեմն հայտնվող հարցազրույցներում և վերլուծություններում արդեն առկա էր քննադատություն գործող իշխանությունների հասցեին, սակայն սկզբնական շրջանում՝ ոչ գործող նախագահի հասցեին, համենայն դեպս՝ ուղղակի կերպով նման բան չկար: Սակայն երևույթը փուլ առ փուլ խորացավ, և եթե սկզբանական շրջանում Քոչարյանի թիրախը հիմնականում նախկին վարչապետ Տիգրան Սարգսյանն էր, ապա վերջինիս հրաժարականից հետո, բնական է՝ նոր թիրախ պետք է ի հայտ գար: Եվ ահա կամաց-կամաց սլաքները փոխեցին իրենց ուղղությունները: Նոր կառավարությունը կրկին զերծ չէր մնում Քոչարյանի քննադատություններից, բայց դե հասկանալի էր, որ հաջորդ փուլը նախատեսված է գործող նախագահի համար: Եվ այդ փուլը եկավ՝ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանն արդեն ուղղակիորեն քննադատեց Սերժ Սարգսյանի՝ սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների նախագիծը, ինչը, բնական է, ենթադրում էր պատասխան:

Պատասխաններն, ի դեպ, մինչ այդ էլ լինում էին, սակայն լինում էին ավելի փոքր մասշտաբներով և պատասխանները տրվում էին ՀՀԿ-ական երիտասարդ պատգամավորների միջոցով: Այս անգամ, սակայն, պատասխանն ավելի սուր եղավ և անձամբ գործող նախագահի կողմից. Սերժ Սարգսյանն ասուլիսի ժամանակ նախկին նախագահների կարծիքը որակեց որպես «մերկապարանոց մեղադրանքներ»: Սա արդեն Ռոբերտ Քոչարյան-Սերժ Սարգսյան հակասության նոր փուլի սկիզբն է, որը, կարծում եմ, կունենա նաև շարունակություն:
