Ամերիկյան ազդեցիկ The Wall Street Journal հանդեսը Իարքի եւ Սիրիայի հյուսիսային զավթած տարածքներում «Իսլամական պետություն» հռչակած «Իրաքի եւ Լեւանտի իսլամական պետություն» (ԻԼԻՊ) ահաբեկչական խմբավորման դեմ պայքարի համար ԱՄՆ-ի կողմից ստեղծված միջազգային կոալիցիային մասնակցությունից Թուրքիայի հրաժարումը խիստ քննադատող հոդված է հրապարակել:
Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, «Անկարան այլեւ ԱՄՆ-ի դաշնակիցը չէ» վերնագրով հոդվածում հանդեսը գրում է, որ շուրջ 60 տարի ՆԱՏՕ-ի անդամ Թուրքիան ոչ միայն հրաժարվել է մասնակցել այդ կոալիցիային, այլ նաեւ մերժել է այդ կոալիցիայի կողմից ԻԼԻՊ-ի ահաբեկիչների դեմ օգտագործել ԱՄՆ-ի ուժերին պատկանող իր տարածքում գտնվող Ինջիռլիքի ավիաբազան:
Հանդեսը հիշեցրել է, որ Թուրքիան 2003 թվականին հրաժարվել էր Սադամ Հուսեյնի կառավարությունը տապալելու համար օդային հարվածներ կազմակերպելու նպատակով իր տարածքը տրամադրել ԱՄՆ-ի եւ միջազգային ուժերին:
«Ամերիկյան բանակն ու կոալիցիոն ուժերը ԻԼԻՊ-ին օդային հարվածներ հասցնելու համար այլ ճանապարհներ կգտնեն: Իրաքի եւ Սիրիայի հետ Թուրքիայի սահմանը մոտ 1200 կմ է: Բնական է, որ Թուրքիան չի կարող միայնակ դիմագրավել ԻԼԻՊ-ի հնարավոր գործողություններին: ՆԱՏՕ-ի անդամ Թուրքիայի այդ քայլը հերթական անգամ հիասթափություն է առաջացրել Վաշինգտոնում:
Թուրքիայում ԱՄՆ-ի նախկին դեսպան Ֆրենսիս Ռիկարդիոնեն բացահայտ հավաստեց, որ թուրքական կառավարությունը հանդիպումներ է ունեցել Սիրիայում Ալ Կաիդայի թեւ «Ալ Նուսրա ճակատ» եւ այլ ահաբեկչական խմբավորումների ղեկավարների հետ, ինչի համար Թուրքիայի այն ժամանակվա վարչապետ Ռեջեբ Թայիբ Էրդողանը նրան անցանկալի անձ էր հայտարարել: Բացի այդ, ահաբեկիչ ջիհադականները Սիրիա եւ Իրաք մեկնելու համար բացահայտ կերպով օգտագործում են Թուրքիայի տարածքը:
Էրդողանի կառավարությունը Գազայում երկար ժամանակ բացահայտ կերպով աջակցություն է ցուցաբերում «Համաս» խմբավորմանը եւ Եգիպտոսում «Մահմեդական եղբայրներ» կազմակերպությանը, ինչը խոսում է այն մասին, որ Թուրքիան որպես Հյուսիսատլանտյան դաշինքի անդամ երկիր չի կատարում իր պարտավորությունները ՆԱՏՕ-ի առաջ: Թուրքիան ԻԼԻՊ-ի դեմ կոալիցիային չմասնակցելու երկու պատճառ է բերում. Մոսուլում իր հյուպատոսության աշխատակիցների' ԻԼԻՊ-ի մոտ պատանդ պահվելն ու ԻԼԻՊ-ին ուղարկվելիք զենքերը Քուրդիստանի աշխատավորական կուսակցության (PKK) զինյալների ձեռքն անցնելու հնարավորությունը:
Բայց չէ որ ԻԼԻՊ-ի ձեռքում միայն թուրքեր չեն պատանդ պահվում, իսկ Ինջիռլիքի ռազմաբազան ԱՄՆ-ի գործողությունների համար փակելը զենքերի հետ կապված պատճառ չի կարող հանդիսանալ», -գրում է հանդեսը:
Ամերիկյան հանդեսը նշում է, որ անհնար է, որ ԻԼԻՊ-ի դեմ պայքարում ԱՄՆ-ը իր համար նոր տարածաշրջանային դաշնակից չգտնի:
«Այստեղ ամենալավ այլընտրանքն ամերիկյան ուժերին աջակցություն ցուցաբերած եւ մյուս դաշանկիցներին հակառակ' ԻԼԻՊ-ի դեմ պայքարի համար զորք ուղարկելու պատրաստ քրդերն են: Ակնհայտ է, որ եկել է շուրջ 60 տարի ամերիկյան օդուժի կողմից օգտագործվող թուրքական Ինջիռլիքի փոխարեն Հյուսիսային Իրաքի քրդական հողերում Վաշինգտոնի կողմից իր համար նման նոր ռազմաբազա ստեղծելու ժամանակը:
Հնարավոր է' ԱՄՆ-ն Անկարայում արդեն բարեկամներ չունի, բայց դա չի նշանակում, որ Մերձավոր Արեւելքում Վաշինգտոնի համար այլընտրանք չի մնացել», -ընդգծում է The Wall Street Journal-ը:
