Բաքվում ձերբակալվել է Ադրբեջանի միջազգային բանկի ղեկավար Ջահանգիր Հաջիեւը, ով օրերս պաշտոնանկ էր արվել:

Ինչպես հաղորդում է APA լրատվական գործակալությունը, Ջահանգիր Հաջիեւը ձերբակալվել է Ադրբեջանի ՆԳՆ կազմակերպված հանցագործությունների դեմ պայքարի վարչության աշխատակիցների կողմից:

Ադրբեջանական ԶԼՄ-ներն ավելի վաղ հայտնել էին Ջահանգիր Հաջիեւի` Ադրբեջանի ազգային անվտանգության նախարարության ղեկավար կազմի հետ ունեցած կոռուպցիոն կապերի մասին, որտեղ վերջերս աղմկահարույց կադրային ջարդ էր սկսվել երկրի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիեւի անմիջական հանձնարարությամբ:

Նշվել էր, որ անցկացված հետազոտությունների ընթացքում պարզվել է, որ ԱԱՆ բարձրաստիճան չինովնիկների խումբը երկար ժամանակ հանցավոր գործողություններ է կատարել ձեռնարկատերերի նկատմամբ: Դրա վրա նրանք միլիոններ են վաստակել: Այսպես, Էլդար Մահմուդովի հանձնարարությամբ եւ ԱԱՆ գեներալների ակտիվ մասնակցությամբ ԱԱՆ աշխատակիցների խումբը  գաղտնալսող սարքերով հետեւել է Ադրբեջանի բիզնես վերնախավի եւ միջին բիզնեսի հայտնի ներկայացուցիչների գործունեությանը: Հետագայում այդ բիզնեսմենների նկատմամբ հատուկ վարկաբեկիչ նյութեր են հավաքվել, իսկ հետո ԱՄՆ ղեկավարության հանձնարարությամբ հատուկ ջոկատայինների խումբն ապօրինի ձերբակալություններ է անցկացրել:

Մինչ այժմ զբաղեցրած պաշտոններից հեռացվել էին ԱԱՆ 9 բարձրաստիճան աշխատակիցներ, այդ թվում` 5 գեներալ, եւ ձերբակալվել ԱԱՆ 18 աշխատակիցներ:

Ադրբեջանական ԶԼՄ-ները ԱԱՆ-ը 11 տարի ղեկավարած Էլդար Մահմուդովի պաշտոնանկության հնարավոր պատճառներից են համարում նաեւ երկրի Միջազգային բանկի նախկին ղեկավար Ջահանգիր Հաջիեւի հետ կոռուպցիոն կապերը, սեփական ապօրինի բիզնեսները եւ այլն:

«Ազադլըգ» թերթն էլ գրել է, որ «բոլոր դեպքերում, ԱԱՆ երկարամյա ղեկավարին «հարվածելը» ցույց է տալիս, որ իշխանության ներսում խարդավանքներն ուժգնանում են եւ ներիշխանական խմբավորումների միջեւ պայքարը հասել է գագաթակետին»:
