 ՀՀ ԱԺ ՀԱԿ խմբակցության ղեկավար Լևոն Զուրաբյանը հաղորդում է ներկայացրել այն մասին, որ 2015 թվականի նոյեմբերի 25-ին Երևան քաղաքի թիվ 9 ընտրատարածքային ընտրական հանձնաժողովի 2-րդ տեղամասային ընտրական հանձնաժողովի անդամ Զավեն Մ.-ն նույն տեղամասային ընտրական հանձնաժողովի անդամին նյութապես շահագրգռելով առաջարկել է իրեն տրամադրել վստահված անձի երկու վկայական և 2015թ. դեկտեմբերի 6-ի հանրաքվեի օրն իր ասած ժամին որոշակի ժամանակով լքել քվեարկության սենյակը:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՔԾ լրատվական ծառայությունից, ՀՀ ԱԺ ՀԱԿ խմբակցության ղեկավար Լ. Զուրաբյանի հաղորդման հիման վրա՝ հանրաքվեի հանձնաժողովի անդամի լիազորությունների իրականացմանը նյութապես շահագրգռելով առերևույթ խոչընդոտելու դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 149-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետի հատկանիշներով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ: Հիշյալ քրեական գործի նախաքննության ընթացքում Զավեն Մ.-ին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել հանրաքվեի հանձնաժողովի անդամի լիազորությունների իրականացմանը նյութապես շահագրգռելո վ առերևույթ խոչընդոտելու համար: Վերջինիս նկատմամբ, դատարանի որոշմամբ, որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրվել է կալանավորումը:

Հիշյալ քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է:

Մեկ այլ դեպքով` 2015թ. դեկտեմբերի 6-ի հանրաքվեի օրը Երևանի Արաբկիր վարչական տարածքում գտնվող թիվ 4/01 տեղամասի հանրաքվեի հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Արմեն Ազոյանը հաղորդում է տվել այն մասին, որ նույն օրը` ժամը 17:00-ի սահմաններում, հիշյալ տեղամասում ԶԼՄ ներկայացուցիչ Հակոբ Նազարի-Դեխնավին քվեարկության լրացուցիչ ցուցակների անճշտության հետ կապված անհիմն վիճաբանության մեջ է մտել իր հետ և բռնություն է կիրառել իր նկատմամբ: Բացի այդ, Հակոբ Նազարի-Դեխնավին իր գործողություններով խոչընդոտել է հանրաքվեի հանձնաժողովի  աշխատանքին: Հա կոբ Նազարի-Դեխնավին իր հերթին հաղորդում է տվել, որ Երևանի Արաբկիր վարչական տարածքում գտնվող տեղամասի հանրաքվեի հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Արմեն Ազոյանն իր նկատմամբ բռնություն է կիրառել:

Հանրաքվեի հանձնաժողովի աշխատանքներին խոչընդոտելու դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 149-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետի հատկանիշներով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ և կատարվում է նախաքննություն:
