Ուզում եմ առաջ քաշել մի հարց, որին, չգիտեմ ինչու, մինչև օրս դեռ ոչ ոք ուշադրություն չի դարձրել, այնինչ պետք էր: Լավ, մեր պետությունն այդքան խե՞ղճ է, որ ընտրատեղամասերի համար համապատասխան տեղեր չի կարողանում գնել ու հույսը դնում է մանկապարտեզների վրա: Բա ուրիշ ժամանակ ասում եք, թե դուք հզոր եք ...

Հարգելի´ պետություն կամ իշխանություն, մի խոսքով, դիմում եմ այն մարմնին, ով կայացրել է մանկապարտեզները ընտրատեղամասեր դարձնելու «հանճարեղ» որոշումը: Իսկ դուք մի պահ փորձե՞լ եք պատկերացնել, որ այդ հանձնաժողովի անդամներն ու վստահված անձինք, որոնք մեծ մասամբ տղամարդիկ են և մեծ մասամբ՝ քաղաքավարության ու հիգիենայի տարրական կանոնները չպահող, ամբողջ օրվա ընթացքում այդտեղ ծխելու են: Չէ, նույնիսկ չեն ծխելու, այլ «բքելու» են՝ առանց մտածելու, որ մյուս օրը այդ նույն սենյակներում 2-5 տարեկան երեխաներն են լինելու և մասսայական «բքումից» առաջացած այդ գարշահոտությունը ներծծվելու է պատերի ու կահույքի մեջ, և այդ օդը թունավորելու է մեր երեխաներին: Չէ՞ որ դժվար թե այդ մարդիկ ամեն անգամ ծխելու ցանկություն ունենալիս դուրս գան շենքից և դրսում կատարեն իրենց գործողությունը: Ոչ, դա համապատասխան գիտակցության աստիճան է պահանջում, ինչը, ցավոք, ոչ բոլորի մոտ է առկա:

Կամ դուք մտածել ե՞ք, որ այդ մարդիկ օրվա ընթացքում օգտվելու են զուգարաններից, այն նույն զուգարաններից, որից հաջորդ օրը օգտվելու են երեխաները: Եվ բնական է, այդտեղ հակասանիտարական և հակահիգիենիկ վիճակ է ստեղծվելու՝ կրկին վտանգավոր երեխաների առողջության համար:

Լավ, իսկ դուք գոնե սահմանե՞լ եք միջոցներ, որ միջոցառման ավարտից հետո ձեր իսկ միջոցներով ախտահանվեն մանկապարտեզների սենյակներն ու զուգարանները, մաքրվի ամբողջ տարածքը, որովհետև այն կեղտոտվել է հանուն ձեր կազմակերպած միջոցառման:

Ընդհանրապես դուք հիշե՞լ եք, որ մանկապարտեզներում երեխաներ են՝ 2-5 տարեկան: Մեկ-մեկ հիշեք, որովհետև միգուցե դուք էլ երեխաներ ունեք:
