ՃՇՀԱՀ-ն ստացել է միջազգային ինստիտուցիոնալ հավաստագրման վկայական

Ճարտարապետության և շինարարության Հայաստանի ազգային համալսարանում դեկտեմբերի 8-ին տեղի է ունեցել Ֆրանսիայի բարձրագույն կրթության հետազոտության գնահատման բարձր խորհրդի (HCERES) և Իսպանիայի որակի գնահատման և հավաստագրման ազգային գործակալության (ANECA) կողմից բուհին միջազգային ինստիտուցիոնալ հավաստագրման վկայականի հանձնման արարողությունը: Ինչ պես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի և տեղեկատվության վարչությունից, միջոցառմանը մասնակցել են ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարար Արմեն Աշոտյանը, ՀՀ քաղաքաշինության նախարար Նարեկ Սարգսյանը, Երևանի քաղաքապետ, բուհի հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի նախագահ Տարոն Մարգարյանը, ՀՀ-ում Ֆրանսիայի արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Ժան-Ֆրանսուա Շարպանտյեն:

Շնորհավորելով բոլոր ներկաներին` նախարար Արմեն Աշոտյանը, մասնավորապես, նշել է. «ՃՇՀԱՀ-ին միջազգային ինստիտուցիոնալ հավաստագրման վկայականի հանձնումը շատ կարևոր և նշանակալի իրադարձություն է, որին երկար ենք սպասել: Սակայն նախևառաջ այն Հայաստանի կրթական համակարգի միջազգայնացման հերթական հանգրվանն է: Այս իրադարձությունն ապացույցն է այն իրողության, որ Հայաստանը եվրոպական կրթական տարածքի անբաժանելի և կարևոր հատվածներից մեկն է, ապացույցն այն հաջողության, որ արձանագրում ենք բարձրագույն կրթության ոլորտում որակի հետևողական աճի և ապահով ման տեսակետից:

Հատկապես հաճելի է, որ առաջին եվրոպական հավատարմագիրը տրվում է ֆրանսիական գործակալության կողմից: Այս փաստը կարող ենք դիտարկել որպես հայ-ֆրանսիական հարաբերությունների կարևոր նվաճումներից մեկը: Կարևոր է, որ ՀՀ բոլոր բուհերն անցնեն այս կարևորը ճանապարհը` դառնալով եվրոպական հավատարմագրում ունեցող հերթական ուսումնական հաստատությունը»,-նշել է Արմեն Աշոտյանը` Ֆրանսիայի բարձրագույն կրթության հետազոտության գնահատման բարձր խորհրդին առաջարկելով քննարկել Հայաստանում Ֆրանսիական համալսարանին արտահերթ եվրոպական հավատարմագրում տալու հար ցը: 

«Համալսարանի ինստիտուցիոնալ գնահատման գործընթացը մշտապես եղել է ՀՀ ԿԳ նախարար Արմեն Աշոտյանի ուշադրության կենտրոնում։ Որակյալ կադրեր արտադրելու առաքինությունը համալսարաններինն է, և շատ կարևոր է, որ շրջանավարտների գիտելիքները համապատասխան են եվրոպական չափանիշներին, ինչը հնարավոր է համապատասխան կրթական որակ ապահովելու դեպքում»,-նշել է ՃՇՀԱՀ ռեկտոր Գագիկ Գալստյանը` առանձնակի ընդգծելով HCERES-ի, ANECA-ի և AERES-ի կատարած աշխատանքները:
ՀՀ բուհերից Ճարտարապետության և շինարարության Հայաստանի ազգային համալսարանին է առաջինը տրվել միջազգային ինստիտուցիոնալ հավաստագրման վկայական` 5 տարի ժամկետով։ 2013-2014թթ-ին «Ֆրանսիայի բարձրագույն կրթության և հետազոտության գնահատման գործակալությունն» իրականացրել է համալսարանի ինստիտուցիոնալ գնահատման գործընթացը, որի նպատակն էր հաստատել համալսարանի գործունեության համապատասխանությունը եվրոպական չափանիշներին։ 2015 թվականին ՃՇՀԱՀ-ը, համագործակցելով HCERES, ANECA և AERES-ի հետ, իրականացրել է հավաստագրման գործընթաց։
