Միշտ չէ, որ ընտրություններում կամ հանրաքվեում բարձր տոկոս «խփելը» ամենացանկալի արդյունքն է լինում իշխանությունների համար. հաճախ ավելի կարևոր է հասարակական ընկալումը:

Թեկուզ եթե այդ հաղթանակը ապահովվում է տարբեր մեթոդներով մարդկանց ներգրավելով` ապա դա էլ որոշակի հմտություններ է պահանջում, որպեսզի այդքան ակնհայտ կեղծիքներ չերևան, ինչպես եղավ այս հանրաքվեի դեպքում:

Եվ դա պետք է որ լիներ «Այո»-ի շտաբի պետի խնդիրը, իսկ շտաբի պետը, սովորության համաձայն, վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանն էր, ում հերթական անգամ նախագահը չափազանց լուրջ գործ էր վստահել: Եվ, պատկերացրեք, որ իսկապես կարելի էր աշխատել, նորմալ քարոզչություն կազմակերպել, ներգրավել լավ ու չվարկաբեկված մասնագետների, ներգրավել հասարակական սեկտորին ու մարդկանց տեղ հասցնել «Այո»-ի բոլոր դրական կողմերը, որպեսզի մարդիկ էլ դա ընկալեին որպես իրենց շահերից բխող, իրենց շահերը պաշտպանող նախաձեռնություն, այլ ոչ թե որպես իշխանկաան հերթական պատվեր:

Այդ ամենը կարող էր արվել, բայց չարվեց: Կարիք չկա նորից հիշեցնելու, թե որքան վատ էր կազմակերպված «Այո»-ի քարոզարշավը, կարելի է ասել՝ էական ոչինչ էլ չէր արվել «Այո» քվեարկողների պատշաճ քանակ ապահովելու համար, և, արդյունքում, հերթական անգամ գործի անցավ «թաղի խուժանը», այն էլ այնքան անզգուշորեն, այնքան բացահայտ, որ թաքցնելն ուղղակի ոչ մի կերպ հնարավոր չէ: Արդյունքում նոր Սահմանադրությունն ընդունվեց իշխանության՝ առանց այն էլ ցածր վարկանիշի զրոյացմամբ:

Սա, ես կասեի, առաջին հերթին հարված էր հենց Սերժ Սարգսյանին, նրա հեղինակությանը, քանի որ ներկա իրավիճակում նախագահին իր նախաձեռնությունը նման խայտառակ ձևով անցկացնելը պետք է ոչ ամենաքիչը ձեռնտու լիներ, և դժվար թե շտաբի պետը նման հանձնարարական ստացած լինի:

Ավելի շուտ, Հովիկ Աբրահամյանն ուղղակի իրեն չարդարացրեց որպես շտաբի պետ (չնայած` որպես էլ վարչապետ էլ առանձնապես աչքի չընկավ, մեղմ ասած): Իսկ իրենց չարդարացնողները տրամաբանորեն ի՞նչ են անում. հրաժեշտ են տալիս իրենց պաշտոններին:

Ես գտնում եմ, որ պատահական չեն մամուլում արդեն շրջանառվում այն տեղեկությունները, թե մոտ ապագայում հնարավոր է՝ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանին էլ փոխեն:
