«Յունիբանկ» ԲԲԸ-ն հայտարարում է, որ 2015թ.-ի դեկտեմբերի 18-ին «ՆԱՍԴԱՔ ՕԷՄԷՔՍ Արմենիա» ԲԲԸ-ի տեղաբաշխման հարթակում կմեկնարկի բանկի սովորական անվանական բաժնետոմսերի (UNIB) տեղաբաշխումը: Տեղաբաշխումը կազմակերպվելու է սովորական բաց ստանդարտ աճուրդի ձևով` 2015թ.-ի դեկտեմբերի 18-ից մինչև 2015թ.-ի դեկտեմբերի 24-ը ներառյալ:

«Յունիբանկը» առաջին անգամ Հայաստանում` նախնական հրապարակային առաջարկի (IPO) միջոցով իրականացնում է բաժնետոմսերի թողարկում «ՆԱՍԴԱՔ ՕԷՄԷՔՍ Արմենիա» ֆոնդային բորսայում: Առաջարկի արդյունքում Յունիբանկը նախատեսում է տեղաբաշխել սովորական դասի 14.5 մլն բաժնետոմս:

Բաժնետոմսեր թողարկելու որոշումը պայմանավորված է «Յունիբանկի» զարգացման որակապես նոր մակարդակ ապահովելու և իրական ժողովրդական բանկ դառնալու ռազմավարությամբ: Բանկի գործունեությունն ուղղված է բանկային ծառայությունների հասանելիության ապահովմանը բնակչության լայն շրջանակների համար և փոքր ու միջին բիզնեսի խթանմանը: «Յունիբանկը» մշտապես առանձնացել է նաեւ նոր տեխնոլոգիաների ակտիվ կիրառմամբ` ներկայանալով որպես ժամանակակից, իննովացիոն բանկ:

Բանկի կայուն ֆինանսական վիճակը, զարգացման հեռանկարներն ու արդյունավետության մակարդակը, շուկայի դրական արձագանքն ու հասարակության հետաքրքրվածությունը բանկի բաժնետոմսերով մեկ անգամ ևս փաստում են Յունիբանկի հանդեպ հաճախորդների և ներդրողների ունեցած վստահության մասին:

«ՄԵՐԿՈՒՐԻ» ամենամյա մրցանակաբաշխությանը «Յունիբանկ» ԲԲԸ-ն լավագույնը ճանաչվեց Հայաստանի «Ժողովրդական բանկ» անվանակարգում:

Որպես բանկի բաժնետոմսերի մարքեթ-մեյկեր (շուկա ստեղծող) հանդես է գալիս «ԱՐՄԵՆԲՐՈԿ» ԲԲԸ-ն: Նշենք նաև, որ «Յունիբանկը» դարձել է արժեթղթերի հաշվարկային համակարգի անդամ և ստացել դեպոզիտար համակարգի հաշվի օպերատորի և կարգավորվող շուկայի հաշվարկային համակարգի անդամի կարգավիճակ` մատուցելով բաժնետիրական ընկերությունների ռեեստրի վարման և արժեթղթերի պահառության հետ կապված ծառայությունները:
