Բրյուսելում տեղի է ունեցել Շարժունակության շուրջ գործընկերության ՀՀ-ԵՄ բարձրաստիճան հանդիպումը, որր նպատակն էր քննարկել դեռևս 2011թ-ին Հայաստանի, Եվրամիության ու նրա անդամ տաս պետությունների միջև ստորագրված համատեղ հռչակագրի իրականացման գործընթացը: Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության մամուլի, տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապի վարչությունից, ՀՀ պատվիրակությունը, որի կազմում են եղել ՀՀ ՏԿԱԻՆ միգրացիոն ծառայության պետը, ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի, արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունների և ԵՄ-ում ՀՀ առաքելության ներկայացուցիչները, գլխավորել է ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարարի տեղակալ Կարեն Նազարյանը:

Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովի Ներքին գործերի գլխավոր տնօրինության, ԵՄ անդամ պետությունների և շահագրգիռ միջազգային կազմակերպությունների հետ քննարկումների ընթացքում հայկական կողմը ներկայացրել է միգրացիայի բնագավառում Հայաստանում իրականացված բարեփոխումները, կարևորվել են մարդկանց միջև շփումների շարունակական խրախուսումը, վիզաների ազատականացման շուրջ երկխոսության հնարավոր մեկնարկը, ԵՄ երկրներից վերադարձող ՀՀ քաղաքացիների վերաինտեգրմանն ուղղված ծրագրերը:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում կողմերն արձանագրել են Շարժունակության շուրջ գործընկերության համատեղ հռչակագրի իրականացման առաջընթացն ու պայմանավորվել առավել համակարգված դարձնել ներգրավված կառույցների և կազմակերպությունների աշխատանքն, ապագա նախաձեռնություններն ու ծրագրերը:
