Այսօր տեղի ունեցավ «Լուսավոր Հայաստան» կուսակցության հիմնադիր համագումարը, որի ժամանակ հայտարարվեց, որ կուսակցությունը կղեկավարի ԱԺ պատգամավոր Էդմոն Մարուքյանը: Նախ ուզում եմ շնորհավորել պարոն Մարուքյանին և ցանկանալ արդյունավետ, բեղուն գործունեություն, որից հետո արդեն անեմ մի քանի դիտարկումներ:

Առաջին հերթին` միանշանակ դրական երևույթ եմ համարում նման քաղաքական ուժի հայտնվելը Հայաստանի քաղաքական դաշտում, մանավանդ որ իրենք էլ արդեն նշել են, որ նպատակ ունեն առողջացնելու քաղաքական դաշտը: Ես գտնում եմ, որ ներկա իրավիճակում «կառուցողական ընդդիմություն» ֆորմատը ամենաընդունելին ու ամենաարդյունավետը կարող է լինել մեր երկրի համար, նման ուժերի պակաս, իսկապես, դաշտում զգացվում է:

Խոստումնալից է նաև նորաստեղծ կուսակցության անարդյունավետ, ծախսատար համակարգի փոփոխությանն ուղղված ծրագիրը, պետական միջոցների անարդյունավետ ծախսերի դեմ պլանավորվող պայքարը:

Ընդհանուր առմամբ` մեկնարկը համարում եմ հաջողված, սակայն, այնուամենայնիվ, կա մի կետ, որի հետ չեմ կարող համաձայնվել. կուսակցությունը Հայաստանի ապագան տեսնում է ԵՄ-ին անդամագրվելու մեջ և գտնում է, որ Հայաստանը պետք է դառնա եվրոպական մոդելի երկիր: Անշուշտ, եվրոպական արժեհամակարգի և մոդելի մեջ կան շատ դրական բաներ, և ցանկացած դրական բան վերցնելն ու կիրառելը միայն օգտակար կլինի մեր երկրի համար:

Բայց յուրաքանչյուր երկիր և հասարակություն ունի իր առանձնահատկությունները, որոնք պայմանավորված են նաև տարբեր ներքին ու արտաքին գործոններով, հետևանար, նույն մոդելը միանշանակ չի կարող արդյունավետ լինել բոլոր երկրների համար, և, իմ կարծիքով, յուրաքանչյուր երկիր, ելնելով տարբեր հանգամանքներից, պետք է գտնի իր մոդելը, ստեղծի իր համար ամենաարդյունավետ համակարգը:

Իսկ գերխնդիր դարձնել ԵՄ-ի կազմում հայտնվելը մոտավորապես համարժեք է ռուսամետների դիրքորոշմանը ԵՏՄ-ի վերաբերյալ, երբ կրկին առաջնային պլան են գալիս որևէ գերտերության կամ խոշոր միության շահերը: Այո', ԵՏՄ-ին միանալով` մենք առայժմ ոչինչ չենք շահել, սակայն այնպես չէ, որ ԵՄ-ին միացած բոլոր երկրները շահեկան վիճակում են հայտնվել: Ուղղակի յուրաքանչյուրի հետ պետք է գտնել համագործակցության ամենաարդյունավետ ձևաչափը և յուրաքանչյուր համագործակցության մեջ զբաղեցնել ավելի շահավետ դիրք:

Ամեն դեպքում, այս նոր կուսակցության մուտքը, իմ կարծիքով, միանշանակ կառողջացնի մեր ընդդիմադիր դաշտը:
