 Հյուսիսային Ամերիկայի եւ Արեւմտյան Եվրոպայի ձեռնարկությունները շարունակում են գերիշխող դիրք գրավել զենքի ու ռազմական ծառայությունների 100 խոշորագույն արտադրողների վարկանիշում, որը կազմվել Է 2014 թվականի տվյալներով: Այդ մասին դեկտեմբերի 14-ին հայտնել Է Խաղաղության հիմնախնդիրների ուսումնասիրման Ստոկհոլմի միջազգային ինստիտուտը (ՍԻՊՌԻ), որը հրապարակել Է աշխարհի խոշորագույն ռազմաարդյունաբերական ընկերություն ների ամենամյա թոփ-100-ը, տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ հղում անելով ՌԻԱ Նովոստիին:

ՍԻՊՌԻ-ի ցուցակում առաջին տեղը կրկին ստացել Է դրա երկարամյա առաջատարը՝ ամերիկյան Lockheed Martin կոնցեռնը: Երկրորդ եւ երրորդ տեղերը, ինչպես եւ նախորդ երկու տարում, տրվել են ամերիկյան Boeing կոնցեռնին եւ բրիտանական BAE Systems-ին: 

ՍԻՊՌԻ-ի փորձագետները վարկանիշի նորույթ են համարում  ցուցակում ռուսական ընկերությունների թվի աճը՝ 2013 թվականի իննից մինչեւ 11՝ 2014 թվականին: Դրանց թվում 11-րդ տեղն (մեկ տարի առաջվա 12-րդ տեղից) Է բարձրացել «Ալմազ-Անթեյ»-ը, 14-րդը (15-րդից)՝ Միավորված ավիաշինական կորպորացիան, 15-րդը (17-րդից)՝ Միավորված նավաշինական կորպորացիան եւ 23-րդը (26-րդից)՝ «Ռուսաստանի ուղղաթիռները»: 

ՍԻՊՌԻ-ի վարկանիշից հետեւում Է, որ  ցուցակի առաջին տասնյակում շարունակում են գերիշխել ԱՄՆ-ի (տասից յոթը) եւ Արեւմտյան Եվրոպայի ընկերությունները: Բայց ընդհանուր առմամբ տարվա ընթացքում այդ երկրներից ընկերությունների թվաքանակը 67-ից կրճատվել Է մինչեւ 64:

Ընդհանուր առմամբ աշխարհում զենքի ու ծառայությունների 100 խոշորագույն արտադրողների վաճառքների ծավալները 2014 թվականին կազմել են 401 մլրդ դոլար. 2013 թվականի համեմատությամբ դա կրճատում Է 1,5 տոկոսով:  

Ինչպես նշում են ՍԻՊՌԻ-ի փորձագետները, վաճառքների կրճատում Է դիտվում վերջին չորս տարում, բայց այն աննշան Է եւ տեղի Է ունենում գլխավորապես ԱՄՆ-ի եւ Արեւմտյան Եվրոպայի ընկերությունների ցուցանիշների անկման հաշվին: Միաժամանակ վաճառքների աճի որոշակի միտումներ են դիտվում մյուս տարածաշրջաններում, օրինակ՝ Ռուսաստանում:
