Պատրաստման եղանակ
  1. Հարում ենք ձուն շաքարավազի հետ, ապա ավելացնում ենք ալյուրը և զգուշորեն խառնում։
    Ձևամանը (20x30 սմ չափի և 5 սմ բարձրությամբ) պատում ենք բուսայուղով և յուղաթուղթ փռում։ Լցնում ենք զանգվածը և 30-35 րոպեով տեղափոխում 180 աստիճան տաքացրած ջեռոցի մեջ։
    Պատրաստի բիսկվիթը կարելի է հյութով կամ օշարակով թրջել։

  2. Ժելատինը լցնում ենք կաթսայի մեջ, վրան ավելացնում ենք 150մլ եռացրած և սառեցրած ջուր ու թողնում այնքան ժամանակ, որքան նշված է փաթեթի վրա, ապա դնում ենք կաթսան թույլ կրակի վրա, հասցնում եռման աստիճանանի(ոչ մի դեպքում չենք եռացնում) և արագ հանում կրակի վրայից:
    Թողնում ենք, որ մի փոքր սառչի։

  3. Սերուցքը շաքարավազի հետ հարում ենք, ապա ավելացնում ենք նարնջի հյութն ու ժելատինն և խառնում։
    Սուֆլեն դնում ենք բիսկվիթի վրա (բիսկվիթը ձևամանից չենք հանում), հավասարեցնում և 7-8 ժամով դնում սառնարանը։
    Այնուհետև ուղանկյունաձև կամ խորանարդաձև կտրում ենք։
