Հայաստանի կուտակային օտարերկրյա ուղղակի ներդրումները (ՕՈՒՆ) եվրասիական մայրցամաքի երկրներում  2014 թվականի վերջի դրությամբ, գնահատվում են 106 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար: Այս մասին նշվում է Եվրասիական զարգացման բանկի «ԵԱՏՄ-ն և եվրասիական աշխարհամասի երկրները. ուղղակի ներդրումների մշտադիտարկում և վերլուծություն» զեկույցում, որը նվիրված է Ռուսաստանի, Բելառուսի, Ղազախստանի, Հայաստանի, Ղրղզստանի, Տաջիկստանի և Ուկ րաինայի` եվրասիայի բոլոր երկրներում, բացառությամբ ԱՊՀ երկրների և Վրաստանի, ուղիղ ներդրումներին:

Զեկույցում նշվում է, որ Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության երկներից ՕՈՒՆ-ն աճել են մինչև 2013 թվականը ներառյալ, սակայն ներկայում դանդաղում են: 2008 թվականից մինչև 2014 թվականը ԵԱՏՄ երկրների կուտակային ՕՈՒՆ-ը Եվրասիայում աճել է 38 մլրդ դոլարով և 2014 թվականի վերջում կազմել 71 մլրդ դոլար: Դրանք  իրենց ՕՈՒՆ-ի հիմնական ծավալը կենտրոնացնում են եվրոպական երկրներում:

Ըստ զեկույցի` Հայաստանի ՕՈՒՆ-ի զգալի աճի օբյեկտիվ նախադրյալներ չկան, քանի որ ազգային բիզնեսի միջավյրում գործնականում չկան խոշոր ընկերություններ, որոնք ունեն հեռավոր արտասահմանի շուկաներ մտնելու մրցակցային առավելություններ: Զեկույցը մեջբերում է Արժույթի միջազգային հիմնադրամի տվյալները, որոնց համաձայն, ԱՊՀ երկրներից դուրս Հայաստանի ամենանշանակալի կուտակային ՕՈՒՆ-ը եղել են Չինաստանում, սակայն կազմել են ընդամենը 10 մլն դոլար, ևս 2 մլն դոլար հայկական ՕՈՒՆ ուղղվել է Թաիլանդ, 1-ական մլն դոլար` Իտալիա, Լիտվա և Մակեդոնիա: 

Ինչ վերաբերում է ֆիզիկական անձանց ներդրումներին, ապա ԵԱԶԲ-ի տվյալների բազայում են Հայաստանի ՕՈՒՆ-ի երեք նախագծեր: Դրանից առաջինը վերաբերում է Գ. Ծառուկյանի բիզնես-կառույցների կողմից Լատվիայում 60 մլն դոլարով հյուրանոցի գնմանը, որը 2013-15թթ. փակվել է վերակառուցման համար: Այդ նպատակով ներդրումները կարող են կազմել 30 մլն դոլար: Նշանակությամբ երկրորդ և արդյունաբերության ոլորտում խոշերագույն ներդրումային նախագիծը Չեխիայում հրուշակեղենի արտադրության համար իրականացրել են Գ.Ավետիսյանի բիզնես-կառույցները: Այդտեղ նաև նոր արտադրական համալիրի կառուցման և գործարանի երկրորդ հերթի գործարկման համախառն ներդրում,ները կազմել են 20 մլն դոլար: 

Զեկույցի հեղինակները նշում են, որ Հայաստանում ՕՈՒՆ-ի կեսից ավելին կատարվել են Ռուսաստանի կողմից, և հավելում, որ երկրի էներգետիկայի ոլորտում մշակվում են Իրանի մասնակցությամբ թանկարժեք նախագծեր` Արաքս գետի վրա Մեղրիի ՀԷԿ-ի և Իրան-Հայաստան էլեկտրահաղորդման նոր գծի կառուցումը, սակայն դրանց իրականացումը բարդացնում է Իրանի ներդրողների միջոցների սղությունը:
