    1. Королевская поза (на спине)
      Сюда же относится известная поза «Морская звезда», при которой человек широко раскидывает руки и ноги. Мало того, что с медицинской точки зрения сон на спине считается самым полезным, в психологическом аспекте «Королевская поза» свидетельствует о здоровом психическом состоянии человека.

       

      Спящие «короли» — отрытые люди, лидеры, которые с оптимизмом шагают по миру. Сильные, уверенные в себе личности спят именно так.

    2. Свернувшись калачиком (положение зародыша)
      Скорее всего, у спящего в такой позе на данном этапе жизни какие-то неприятности и проблемы. Он чувствует себя неуверенно и нуждается в поддержке.

       

      Такие люди предпочитают одиночество, избегают шумных компаний и часто закрываются в себе. В позе зародыша спят те талантливые и креативные личности, которые боятся осуждения и неудач, поэтому творят только для себя.

      Легко сказать, но себя нужно перебороть и стать более открытым к другим и миру в целом. Разочарования будут, но госпожа Удача любит смельчаков!

    3. Распластанная поза (на животе)
      Такие люди кажутся всем скучными и чересчур педантичными. На самом деле среди них много скрытых лидеров. Они тщательно всё планируют и серьезно относятся к таким мелочам, на которые порой даже не стоит обращать внимание. Эти личности очень пунктуальны, аккуратны, чего требуют и от других.

       

      А еще на животе спят замкнутые личности. Они умело скрывают все свои чувства и замыслы, потому что боятся открыться или просто не хотят навредить другим. Таким людям надо научиться доверять — и тогда всё наладится.

    4. Поза полузародыша (на боку)
      Самое распространенное положение тела во время сна. При этом правши спят в основном на правом боку, а левши — на левом. Сон на боку без сворачиваний в «зародыш» говорит о том, что человек уравновешен и рассудителен. Он сам решает свои проблемы и всегда готов помочь нуждающимся.

       

      Хоть такой человек даже не стремится стать лидером, но уверенности в нём хоть отбавляй!

 

Говорят: «На спине спят короли, на боку — мудрецы, на животе — богачи»… Но это не значит, что нужно контролировать себя и не стараться ложиться в какую-то определенную позу. Изменив позу сна, ты не сможешь изменить свой характер.Положение тела просто отражает то, что волнует спящего в настоящий момент. Засыпай под девизом: «Удобство и только удобство», а во время бодрствования изменяй свою жизнь в лучшую сторону!
