ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարի տեղակալ Շավարշ Քոչարյանը կոչ է անում սպասել Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի նախագահներ Սերժ Սարգսյանի և Իլհամ Ալիևի հանդիպման ավարտին, տեսնելու՝ կհաջողվի՞ այդ հանդիպումով Ադրբեջանի իշխանություններին բերել իրական դաշտ, թե պետք է լրիվ այլ գործընթացներ սկսվեն:

Կառավարության նիստից հետո լրագրողների հետ զրույցում Քոչարյանն անդրադառնալով հարցին՝ ԵԱՀԿ Մինկի խմբի hամանախագահների հայտարարությունները վերջին շրջանում վերջնագրի տեսք ունեն, արդյոք կարող ենք ասել, որ բեկումնային իրադարձություն է սպասվում, պատասխանեց. «Դա մի ուղղության սկիզբն է: Միջնորդները սովորաբար փորձում են մշտապես դնել հավասարության նշան, սակայն արդեն ակնհայտ է, որ կա փոփոխություն: Իհարկե, դա դեռ բավարար չէ, բայց այնուամենայնիվ, այդ փոփոխությունը կա: Արդեն հայտարարություններում հստակ երևում է հասցեատերը: Եվ կարծում եմ, որ եթե Բաքուն վերջիվերջո իրական դաշտ չգա, ապա դա ավելի է խորանալու»:

Փոխնախարարի խոսքով՝ դիվանագիտական ասպարեզում ևս Ադրբեջանի գործողությունները նման են սահմաններում իրականացվող գործողություններին: 

«Նույն վիճակն է, որովհետև փաստացի տեղի է ունենում նույն խեղաթյուրումը և բանակցային գործխընթացի, և միջազգային իրավունքի, և հակամարտության էության, և պատմության: Այսինքն, այն դիրքորոշումը, որը որդեգրել է Ադրբեջանը, լինի դա ուժային, թե դիվանագիտական դաշտում, լիովին իրար համապատասխանում են: Ավելին, ի սկզբանե ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության հարցում Բաքուն որդեգրել է ուժային քաղաքականություն՝  Սումգ այիթով, ջարդերով և այդպես շարունակ, ու առայսօր դրանից չի հրաժարվել»,- ասաց Քոչարյանը: Նրա դիտարկմամբ՝ քանի դեռ պաշտոնական Բաքուն դրանից չի հրաժարվել, որևէ առաջընթաց բանակցային գործընթացում անհնար է սպասել: ՀՀ ԱԳ փոխնախարարն ընդգծեց, որ գնալով նաև միջազգային հանրության մոտ պետք է հասունանա այն միտքը, որ դրանից ելքը միայն Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության միջազգային ճանաչումն է:

Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը դեկտեմբերի 18-ին աշխատանքային այցով կմեկնի Շվեյցարիայի Համադաշնություն՝ Բեռն, որտեղ դեկտեմբերի 19-ին ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների միջնորդությամբ հանդիպում կունենա Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի հետ:
