Այսօր ԱԺ արտահերթ նիստում «Դեղերի մասին» օրենքում փոփոխություններ եւ լրացումներ կատարելու մասին նախագծի քննարկման ժամանակ ԲՀԿ խմբակցության ղեկավար Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը հարց ուղղեց առողջապահության փոխնախարար Սերգեյ Խաչատրյանին, թե ինչն էր խանգարում արդեն գործող օրենքով կարգավորել ոլորտում առկա խայտառակ «բեսպրեդելը»: «Մեզ մոտ արատավոր պրակտիկա է ձեւավորվում՝ ինչը սկսում ենք բարելավել, այն սկսում է ավելի վատը լինել: Արդյո՞ք այս օրենքով դեղերի ոլորտում առկա մաֆիոզիական բեսպրեդելը, դեղերի ներկրման մագնատները, որոնք թունավորում են մեզ, մանկական կեղծ դեղեր են վաճառում, կպատժվեն: Ո՞րն է երաշխիքը, որ դեղ ներկրող խուլիգանների, հանցագործների ձեռքը կբռնեք, ինչո՞վ է այս օրենքը նպաստելու դրան եւ ինչո՞վ գործող օրենքը չէր օգնում»,- նման հարցադրում կատարեց Զոհրաբյանը:

Հարցին ի պատասխան՝ Սերգեյ Խաչատրյանը նշեց. «Գործող օրենքով բաց են ոլորտի մի շարք կարգավորումներ՝ արտադրությունից սկսած մինչեւ ներմուծում, հետգրանցումային դիտարկումները: Գործող օրենքը դեղերի շրջանառության ամբողջ դաշտը չէր փակում՝ մոլեկուլի ստեղծումից ընդհուպ մինչեւ դրա ոչնչացումը, եթե դրա կարիքը կա, հսկել: Օրենքը միտված է մի նպատակի՝ որակյալ արդյունավետ դեղ ապահովել»,- ասաց փոխնախարարը:

ԲՀԿ խմբակցության ղեկավար Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը փոխնախարարի խոսքից հետո հանդես եկավ առաջարկով. «Եկեք վերցնենք Եվրոպայից ինձ հետ բերած հասարակ մի «Նուրոֆենն» ու մաֆիոզներին պատկանող դեղատներում առկա «Նուրոֆենը» ու լաբորատոր փորձաքննության ենթարկենք: Եթե պարզվի, որ դրանք բացարձակապես տարբեր են, ի՞նչ է անելու առողջապահության նախարարությունը ու ինչո՞վ է օգնելու այս օրենքը, որը, իհարկե, կընդունենք»:

Փոխնախարարն էլ նշեց, որ դրսից բերված դեղն անշուշտ կտարբերվի տեղի «Նուրոֆենից»: «Եվրոպայից ձեր բերած «Նուրոֆենը», իհարկե, կտարբերվի այստեղի դեղատներում վաճառվողից, քանի որ ՀՀ-ում խստագույնս չեն կարգավորվում դեղի պահպանման եւ այլ կանոնակարգերը, ցավոք: Իսկ մենք գիտենք, որ չպահպանելու դեպքում դեղը կարող է կորցնել իր հատկություններն ու նույնիսկ վնասներ հասցնել: Մինչդեռ օրենքի այս փոփոխությունը կարող է լինել այն երաշխիքը, որ կկանոնակարգի այդ ոլորտը»,- ասաց նա:
