Արտավազդ Ամիրյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Սիրելի Հայրենակիցներ։ 2014 թվականի Նոյեմբերի 29-ին Հայաստանյան ամենաօրինապահ պետավտոտեսուչի կոմղից տուգանվել եմ 5000 դրամ, այնուհետև չսիրելով տուգանված ակտը ինձ մոտ պահել, այն վճարել եմ 2014 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 3-ին՝ այսինքն մի քանի օր հետո։

Ինձ համար հանգիստ ապրում էի, մեկ էլ այսօր պարզում եմ, որ հաշիվներս կալանքի տակ են հիմքը՝ վերոնշյալ ակտը, որը ես պարտաճանաչ վճարել եմ։ Եվ քանի որ այսօր ուրբաթ է բնականաբար ես այս հանգստյան օրերին չեմ կարող որևէ գործարք կատարել, ավելին լարված ու նյարդային պետք է սպասեմ երկուշաբթի օրվան, որպեսզի գնամ ԴԱՀԿ արդարանալու և վճարումը ցույց տալուց հետո ժամեր հետո նոր հաշիվներիս տիրանալու։

Այս ամենից հետևություն, որ մեր ամենակարևոր համակարգերում աշխատում են մարդիկ ու մասնագետներ, որոնք, մեղմ ասած, այդքան էլ լավ չեն տիրապետում իրենց մասնագիտությանը և արդյունքում, այսօր ես ու իմ նմանները պետք է մեր հանգստյան օրերն անցկացնենք սպասումներով ու հույսերով, թե երբ է գալու երկուշաբթին, որպեսզի մեզ լիարժեք մարդ զգանք մեր երկրում։

Ուզում եմ դիմել մեր ոստիկանությանը։ Խնրում եմ, արեք այնպես, որպեսզի մեզ որքան հնարավոր է քիչ անհարմարություն ստեղծեք, որպեսզի մենք հարգենք օրենքն ու այդ թվում նաև Ձեզ, որպեսզի մեր վճարած գումարները, որքան հնարավոր է արագ հասնեն տեղ ու անիմաստ տեղը մեզ ու մեր ընտանիքներին հատկացված շաբաթն ու կիրակին չանցկացնենք լարված ու նյարդային մթնոլորտում»,- այս մասին իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրում է հաղորդավար Արտավազդ Ամիրյանը:
