Դինքի սպանության գործում պատկան մարմինների վերաբերյալ մեղադրականի ընդունումից հետո դատախազ Գյոքալփ Քյոքչուն մեղադրականի պատճենն ուղարկել է Թուրքիայի ՆԳՆ՝ կասկածյալ պետական պաշտոնյաների նկատմամբ համապատասխան գործողությունների իրականացման համար։ Ինչպես հաղորդում է  «Ակոս» պարբերականը:

Մեղադրականում ընդգրկված 26 անունների շարքում են Ստամբուլի նախկին ոստիկանապետ Ջելալեթին Ջերահը, հետախուզության վարչության պետ Էնգին Դինչը, հետախուզության նախկին վարչության պետ Ռամազան Աքյուրեքը, նախկին ոստիկանապետ Ալի Ֆուաթ Յըլմազերը, Դինքի սպանության ժամանակ Ստամբուլի հետախուզության մասնաճյուղի տնօրեն Ահմեթ Իլհան Գյուլերը։ Պահանջվում է Էնգին Դինչին դատապարտել 25 տարվա ազատազրկման:

Հրանտ Դինքի սպանության հարցում պատկան մարմինների պարտականությունների թերացման մեղադրանքով պատրաստված և ավելի վաղ երկու անգամ մերժված մեղադրական ակտն ավելի վաղ գլխավոր դատախազության կողմից ընդունվել և ծանր հանցագործությունների գործերով 14-րդ դատարան էր ուղարկվել: 

Ստամբուլի «Ակոս» թերթի հայազգի խմբագրապետ Հրանտ Դինքը սպանվել է 2007 թվականիհունվարի 19-ին` խմբագրության առջեւ նրա վրակատարված զինված հարձակման արդյունքում: 2012 թվականի հունվարի 17-ին դատարանի որոշմամբ` Դինքի սպանության կազմակերպիչ ՅասինՀայալը դատապարտվեց ցմահ բանտարկության, իսկ անմիջական հանցագործ Օգյուն Սամասթը` 22 տարվա ազատազրկման: 2014 թվականիհոկտեմբերին Ստամբուլի ծանր հանցագործությունների գործերով 5-րդ դատարանը որոշում է կայացրել Հրանտ Դինքի սպանության գործովդատավարությունը սկսել զրոյից:
