Գորիսի «ԳԱՄՄԱ» ընկերության տնօրեն Տիգրան Կարապետյանը, որը Վահե Հակոբյանի մտերիմ ընկերներից է, այսօր կայքերից մեկին հարցազրույց է տվել: Իհարկե, ոմն Տիգրան Կարապետյանի հարցազրույցը այդքան էլ ուշադրության չպետք է արժանանար, եթե չհաջորդեր ընդամենը երկու ամիս առաջ տեղի ունեցած մի իրադարձության, որը նախանշեց Վահե Հակոբյանի քաղաքական ապագան:
Ժամանակին ես անդրադարձել եմ այս թեմային. Գորիսի քաղաքապետի հունիսին կայացած ընտրություններին իր թեկնածությունն էր առաջադրել նաև սույն Տիգրան Կարապետյանը, որը, սակայն, վերջին պահին ինքնաբացարկ էր ներկայացրել: Այդ առիթով ես վերլուծություն էի հրապարակել, որից մի հատված ներկայացնում եմ ստորև. «Մի կողմից Սուրեն Խաչատրյանը կփորձի ի դեմս Ադունցի պահպանել իր դեռևս անսասան իշխանությունը Սյունիքում, մյուս կողմից նորաթուխ մարզպետ Վահե Հակոբյանը աշխատում է մարզը «իրենով անելու» և Սյունիքը հայր-որդի տանդեմի լիակատար իշխանության տակ ներքաշելու ուղղությամբ: Հետաքրքիր է, որ հայր և որդի Հակոբյանները ձեռնոց են նետում ամբողջ համակարգին և խաղում են սեփական խաղը, ինչը Գորիսի ընտրությունները դուրս է դնում զուտ ընտրական պրոցես լինելու երևույթից:
Փաստորեն, Սյունիքի մարզպետը և իր հայրը վա-բանկ են խաղում: Լոկալ, տեղային պատերազմները և պայքարը իշխանության վերաբաժանման համար կարող են վերածվել համակարգային հակամարտության: ՀՀԿ-ի կողմից Ադոնցին սատարումը, ըստ էության, Սերժ Սարգսյանի դիրքորոշման և կամքի արտահայտությունն է: Մարզպետի կողմից սեփական թեկնածուի առաջադրումը, բացի ակնհայտորեն Սուրեն Խաչատրյանին հակադրվելու փորձից, արդեն կարող է դառնալ Սերժ Սարգսյանին ձեռնոց նետելու փորձ:
Իսկ եթե մարզպետ Հակոբյանը, ի դեմս Լիցկայի, պատերազմ է հայտարարել Սերժ Սարգսյանին, դա, այսպես ասած, բժշկական փաստ է: Համակարգը շատ արագ խժռում է իր նմանատիպ զավակներին, և, կներեք արտահայտությանս, չի էլ «բխկում»...»:
Իրադարձությունները, փաստորեն, զարգացան իմ նախանշած սցենարով. Մաքսիմ Հակոբյանը պաշտոնանկ է արված, իսկ որդի Հակոբյանը ուղարկվել է պատվավոր աքսորի՝ ինչ-որ հեռավոր ջրային կոմիտե՝ մարզպետի պաշտոնի համեմատությամբ բավականին «ջրիկ» պաշտոնով:
Եվ ահա, այս իրադարձությունների թանաքը դեռ չչորացած, չկայացած քաղաքապետի թեկնածու Կարապետյանը ուշագրավ հայտարարություններ է արել:
Հարցին, թե ինչպես է վերաբերվում Սուրիկ Խաչատրյանի հնարավոր վերադարձին, գործարարը պատասխանել է. «Լիսկա թեման ինձ համար լրիվ փակ է, ինքն ո՞վ է, որ ես նրա մասին կարծիք հայտնեմ, կամ ինչ-որ կերպ վերաբերվեմ: Ինձ համար էդ թեման փակ է, ես քաղաքական գործիչ չեմ, ես գործարար եմ, որին Լիսկան չի հետաքրքրում»:
Շառ ռազմաշունչ է հնչում: Բա էն ժամանակ, երբ «վճռական էիր տրամադրված» ու նրա դեմ պայքարելու բոլոր շանսերը ունեիր, ինչու՞ հանեցիր թեկնածությունդ և լքեցիր մարտադաշտը: Թե՞ առավել դյուրին է հոխորտալ կայքերի էջերից, իսկ այն ժամանակ, երբ անհրաժեշտ է իրապես կռիվ տալ՝ ընկերոջդ հետ միասին լքեցիք ընտրապայքարը: Ու եթե իրադարձությունները հետագայում զարգացան հենց իմ կանխատեսած սցենարով՝ պատճառը մինչև վերջ գնալու կամքի բացակայությունն էր:
Նաև այդ անվճռականությունն է պատճառը, որ սիրելի ընկերոջդ խժռեց համակարգի մեքենան: Ու նաև այդ «դուխով» տղերքի պատճառով է, որ այսօր մեր երկրում դիմադրության ուժը հավասարվել է զրոյի:
Շատերը հակադրվեցին իշխանություններին՝ կորցնելով նյութական շատ ռեսուրսներ, սակայն պահպանեցին իրենց դեմքը: Այդպիսի մարդիկ հարգանքի են արժանի հենց վճռականության համար: Բայց դեռ մարտը չսկսված՝ նետել զենքերը և հրամանատարի հետ հեռանալ «մարտի դաշտից» և ռազմաշունչ հոխորտալ կայքերի էջերից՝ կներեք, շատ պրիմիտիվ է:
Վախենամ, որ Ջրային պետական կոմիտեի ջրերը նման դրսևորումների պատճառով սրբեն տանեն «հրամանատարիդ» վարկանիշի մնացորդները...
