ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարությունը դեկտեմբերի 19-ի լույս 20-ի գիշերըղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական սահմանի ողջ երկայնքով հակառակորդի իրականացրած սադրանքների ու ինտենսիվ կրակոցների մասին  տեղեկացրել է  ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահի հատուկ ներկայացուցի չ Անջեյ Կասպրշիկին, որն էլ իր հերթին այդ մասին տեղեկացրել է ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահներին:

ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից  փոխանցված հաղորդագրությունում նշվում է.

«Դեկտեմբերի 19-ի լույս 20-ի գիշերը հակառակորդը շարունակել է սադրանքներն ու ինտենսիվ կրակոցները ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական սահմանի ողջ երկայնքով՝ չնայած նախագահների՝ Բեռնի հանդիպման ժամանակ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների՝ շփման գծում և հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանին բռնության ռիսկերի նվազեցմանն ուղված քայլերին Ադրբեջանի բանակի գերագույն գլխավոր հրամանատար Իլհամ Ալիևի հայտնած աջակցությանը:

Նշված ժամանակահատվածում կիրառվել են բազմատեսակ հրաձգային զենքեր, ականանետեր, կան տանկերի կիրառման բազմակի դեպքեր: Ադրբեջանական զորքերի հետ քաշման պատճառով՝ հակառակորդի կողմից ավելացել են կրակի խորությունը և ինտենսիվությունը: Հրաձգության դեպքերը գերազանցել են երկու հարյուրը, արձակվել է ավելի քան 1800 կրակոց: «ՀՀ ՊՆ ղեկավարությունը այդ մասին տեղեկացրել է ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահի հատուկ ներկայացուցիչ Անջեյ Կասպրշիկին, որն էլ իր հերթին այդ մասին տեղեկացրել է ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահներին: ՊԲ-ի ստորաբաժանումնե րը լիովին վերահսկում են իրավիճակը և հակառակորդի սանձարձակություններին տալիս թիրախային ու լռեցնող հակահարվածներ»։
