 ՀԱՊԿ Հավաքական անվտանգության խորհրդի նստաշրջանում նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի ելույթը սառը ցնցուղ էր:«Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում նման կարծիք հայտնեցԱԺ Պաշտպանության, ազգային անվտանգության եւ ներքին գործերի մշտական հանձնաժողի անդամ Թևան Պողոսյանը: Նրա խոսքով, նախագահող երկիրն այսօրվա աշխարհաքաղաքական զարգացումների լարված իրադրության ֆոնին ընդգծում է, որ ՀԱՊԿ-ը ձևավորվել է կոլեկտիվ անվտանգություն ապահովելու համար: Այնինչ, այդ բաղադրիչը ինչպես թղթի վրա ամրագրվել է, այդպես էլ թղթի վրա մնացել է: Թևան Պոսոյանը հիշեցրեց վերջին տարիներին սահմանին Ադրբեջանի ակտիվությունը` պայմանավորված մի շարք հանգամանքներով: Մի կողմից, տնտեսական լուրջ խնդիրներն են, նավթի գների անկումն է, մյուս կողմից, ներքին ընդվզումների փորձն է: Այդ ամենին էլ գումարվում է տարվա ընթացքում Հայոց ցեղասպանության 100-րդ տարելիցի միջոցառումները ձախողելու փորձերը, որոնք ուղղորդված էին Թուրքիայի կողմից: «Այս ամեն ինչից ելնելով` պետք է գիտակցել, որ երբ Ադրբեջանը կրակում է Հայաստանի վրա, դա նշանակում է կրակում է Մոսկվայի, Միսնկի և մյուս մեր գործընկերների վրա»,-ասաց Թևան Պողոսյանը:

Պատգամավորի համար նախագահի ելույթի ամենասուր կողմը ՆԱՏՕ-ի հետ համեմատությունն էր: «ՆԱՏՕ-ի օրինակը բերվում է ՀԱՊԿ-ում` ներկայացնելով Հունաստանի, Թուրքիայի օրինակը: Իհարկե, չկա այն պատրանքը, թե վաղը Ադրբեջանի կրակոցների պարագայում Լուկաշենկոն կամ Նազարբաևը կվերցնեն հեռախոսը և կզանգահարեն ճշտելու, թե ինչպիսի իրավիճակ է մեր սահմաններին: Ամեն դեպքում կարևոր շեշտադրումներով հայտարարությունն էր»,-ասաց Թևան Պողոսյանն`ավելացնելով, որ եթե Հայաստանը հետևողական լինի այս ուղղութամբ աշխատելու, ապա կընձեռվի հնարավորություն առնվազն հայտարարությունների մակարդակում ՀԱՊԿ-ում փոփոխություններ բերելու:

Անդրադառնալով այն դիտարկումներին, թե առաջ է քաշվում ՀԱՊԿ-ում Հայաստանի անդամակցության նպատակահարմարության հարցը, Թևան Պողոսյանը նշեց, որ անկախ ամեն ինչից, մենք պետք է գիտակցենք ՀԱՊԿ-ում ունեցած մեր շահերը: «Հայաստանն անդամակցում է Ռուսաստանի հետ համագործակցության դաշտ ձևավորելու իմաստով, դրանից բացի, ՀԱՊԿ-ում հնարավոր է ձեռքբերել մատչելի գներով զիամթերք: ՀԱՊԿ-ում կան ինստիտուներ, որոնք կարելի է աշխատեցնել: Մի բան պետք է գիտակցել. եթե չլինենք այս պաշտպանական կառույցում, ապա հաջորդը, ինչ ունենք այս տարածաշրջանում, ՆԱՏՕ-ն է: Այսօ րվա դրությամբ շատ լավ գիտակցում ենք, որ այնտեղ կա Թուրքիա, որը երբեք կողմ չի լինի Հայաստանի անդամակցությանը: Հետևաբար ՀԱՊԿ-ի հետ համագործակցությունը մեզ դեռ պետք է: Այնտեղ կան դրական բաղադրիչներ, որոնցից պետք է օգտվել»,-ասաց Թևան Պողոսյանը` հիշեցնելով, որ ներկայում Հայաստանը ստանձնել է ՀԱՊԿ-ի նախագահությունը: Ըստ նրա` պետք է կարողանալ այս հնարավորություններն օգտագործել:
