ԵԱՏՄ տարածքում ստեղծվում է գազի ընդհանուր շուկա

  Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի կոլեգիան դեկտեմբերի 22-ին հաստատել է Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության գազի ընդհանուր շուկայի ձևավորման հայեցակարգի նախագիծը: Ներկայացնելով փաստաթուղթը` հանձնաժողովի էներգետիկայի և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարար Թաիր Մանսուրովն ընդգծել է, որ այն մշակվել է ԵԱՏՄ պայմանագրերին համապատասխան:

Ինչպես Արմենպրեսին տեղեկացրին հանձնաժողովի մամուլի ծառայությունից, նախատեսվում է գազի ընդհանուր շուկայի ստեղծման հայեցակարգը հաստատել մինչ 2016 թվականի հունվարի 1-ը, իսկ մինչ 2018 թվականի հունվար` դրանով նախատեսված ծրագիրը: Ծրագրի միջոցառումները պետք է իրականացվեն մինչ 2024 թվականի հունվարի 1-ը: Այնուհետև միության անդամ երկրները կկնքեն ԵԱՏՄ գազի ընդհանուր շուկայի ձևավորման միջազգային պայմանագիր և կապահովեն դրա ուժի մեջ մտնելը ոչ ուշ, քան 2025 թվականի հունվարի 1-ը:

Հայեցակարգի նախագիծը մշակվել է գիտահետազոտական աշխատանքի հիման վրա, որն իրականացրել է Էներգետիկայի և ֆինանսների ռուսական ինստիտուտը: Ինստիտուտի փորձագետների գնահատականներով` ԵԱՏՄ գազի ընդհանուր շուկայի ստեղծման ուղիղ նվազագույն էֆեկտը կկազմի տարեկան 1 մլրդ դոլար, իսկ հաշվելի առնելով բազմապատկիչ էֆեկտը` ոչ պակաս քան տարեկան 3-4 մլրդ դոլար:
