Հայաստանի վարչապետն ու Իրանի էներգետիկայի նախարարը քննարկել են Մեղրի ՀԷԿ-ի կառուցման ծրագիրը

Վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանն ընդունել է Իրանի էներգետիկայի նախարար, հայ-իրանական միջկառավարական հանձնաժողովի համանախագահ Համիդ Չիթչիանին:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կառավարության տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, զրուցակիցները քննարկել են երկու երկրների հարաբերություններին, հայ-իրանական միջկառավարական հանձնաժողովի աշխատանքներին, ինչպես նաև տարածաշրջանային համագործակցությանն առնչվող մի շարք հարցեր:

Վարչապետը կարևորել է երկու երկրների միջև բարձրաստիճան փոխայցելությունները, որոնք նպաստում են հայ-իրանական քաղաքական, տնտեսական և մշակութային հարաբերությունների հետագա զարգացմանն ու ամրապնդմանը: Հովիկ Աբրահամյանն ընդգծել է, որ Իրանի նախագահի առաջին տեղակալ Էսհաղ Ջահանգիրիի Հայաստան կատարած այցից հետո ակտիվորեն շարունակվում են համատեղ ծրագրերի իրականացման, այդ թվում Իրան-Հայաստան էլեկտրահաղորդման 3-րդ գծի կառուցման աշխատանքները: Խոսելով առևտրատնտեսական հարաբերությունների զարգացման մասին՝ վարչապետը կարևորել է Երևանում կայացած հայ-իրանական միջկառավարական հանձնաժողովի ակտիվ գործունեությունը, գործարար կապերի զարգացումն ու բիզնես ֆորումների անցկացումը: Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը բարձր է գնահատել Երևանում Հայաստանի, Վրաստանի, Իրանի և Ռուսաստանի էներգետիկայի նախարարությունների համատեղ նիստն ու ստորագրված հուշագիրն՝ ուղղված տարածաշրջանային էներգետիկ համագործակցության զարգացմանն ու համատեղ ծրագրերի իրականացմանը:

Համիդ Չիթչիանը վարչապետ Աբրահամյանին է փոխանցել Իրանի նախագահի առաջին տեղակալ Էսհաղ Ջահանգիրիի ջերմ ողջույններն ու շնորհակալություն հայտնել ՀՀ կառավարությանը՝ Երևանում Հայաստանի, Վրաստանի, Իրանի և Ռուսաստանի էներգետիկայի նախարարությունների համատեղ նիստը նախաձեռնելու համար: Պարոն Չիթչիանն արդյունավետ է գնահատել հայ-իրանական միջկառավարական հանձնաժողովի նիստի աշխատանքները, որոնց ընթացքում քննարկվել են երկկողմ տնտեսական ծրագրերն ու առաջիկա քայլերը: Իրանի էներգետիկայի նախարարն  ընդգծել է, որ անցնող տարում շոշափելի քայլեր են ի րականացվել հայ-իրանական ծրագրերի իրականացման ուղղությամբ և վստահություն հայտնել, որ երկու երկրների կառավարությունների միջև ձևավորված սերտ փոխգործակցությունն ու կապերը կնպաստեն բոլոր նախագծերի արդյունավետ և հաջող իրականացմանը, ինչպես նաև տարբեր նախաձեռնությունների կյանքի կոչմանը: Համիդ Չիթչիանը կարևորել է Երևանում ՀՀ-ի, Իրանի, Վրաստանի և ՌԴ-ի միջև ստորագրված էներգետիկ համագործակցության քառակողմ  հուշագիրը, որը լայն հնարավորություններ կստեղծի էներգետիկայի ոլորտում փոխգործակցության զարգացման համար, կապահովի տնտեսական շահութաբերություն, կնպաստի տարածաշրջանի էներգետիկ անվտանգության բարձրացմանը, էլեկտրաէներգիայի կայուն ցանցի ապահովմանն ու տարանցմանը:

Այնուհետև վարչապետ Աբրահամյանը և Համիդ Չիթչիանն անդրադարձել են համատեղ ծրագրերի ուղղությամբ ներդրումների ներգրավմանը, Մեղրի ՀԷԿ-ի կառուցման ծրագրին, առևտրաշրջանառության և տրանսպորտային ենթակառուցվածքների զարգացմանը, ինչպես նաև գյուղատնտեսության, բնապահպանության, զբոսաշրջության և հումանիտար բնագավառներում փոխգործակցության խորացմանն առնչվող մի շարք հարցերի:
