«Ավելի քան մեկ տարի հանդիպումներ չունենալուց հետո կարևոր էր, որ Նախագահները խոսեին դեմ առ դեմ ու հստակեցնեին իրենց դիրքորոշումները: Կարծում ենք՝ դրական էր, որ նրանք քննության առան մի շարք հարցեր, այդ թվում՝ լարվածությունը շփման գծի երկայնքով և հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանին, և լուծման վերաբերյալ առաջարկները:

Նախագահներն առանձնակի մտահոգություն հայտնեցին քաղաքացիական զոհերի վերաբերյալ և վերահաստատեցին հակամարտությունը խաղաղ ճանապարհով լուծելու իրենց հանձնառությունը»,-այդ մասին «168.ժամ»ի հետ զրույցում ասել է ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի ամերիկացի համանախագահ Ջեյմս Ուորլիքը:
