Հայաստանի գյուղատնտեսության նախարար Սերգո Կարապետյանը փաստում է, որ այս տարի դժվարություններ են եղել՝ կապված խաղողի մթերման հետ: Տարեվերջյան ամփոփիչ ասուլիսի շրջանակներում լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը նախարարը նշեց, որ եղել է որոշակի լարվածություն, բողոքներ գյուղացիական տնտեսությունների կողմից, որովհետև խաղողի այն ծավալները, որոնք կային և առաջարկվում էին գյուղացիական տնտեսությունների կողմից, մթերող կազմակերպությունները սկզբնական շրջանում հնարավորություն չեն ունեցել մթերել:

«Սակայն կառավարության կողմից ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների շնորհիվ բոլոր մթերող կազմակերպությունները, ճիշտ է մեծ դժվարություններով, սակայն մթերեցին խաղողը: Ամենակարևորն այն է, որ խաղողի ողջ արտադրանքը մթերվել է»,- ընդգծեց Կարապետյանը:

Նա նկատեց, որ խաղողի մթերման գների առումով որոշակի նվազում է եղել, սակայն կարևոր է այն հանգամանքը, որ խաղողի բերքը դաշտերում չի մնացել: «Իհարկե,  ընդհանրապես ոչ միայն խաղողի, այլ մթերման գների առումով որոշակի նվազում ենք ունեցել, որը ես կապում եմ մի շարք հանգամանքների հետ: Առաջին հանգամանքը ես համարում եմ միջազգային տենդենցը՝ միջազգային բորսաներում պարենային ապրանքների գները 25-30 տոկոսով իջել են այս տարի: Խոսքը կաթի, մսի, ցորենի գների մասին է: Բոլորին է հայտնի, և մենք ունենք վիճակագրություն, որ բոլոր երկրներում այդ խնդիրն առկա էր: Մե նք բացառություն չէինք այս առումով»,- նշեց Սերգո Կարապետյանը:

Նախարարը հավելեց նաև, որ այդ ամենը կապված էր նաև ռուսական ռուբլու արժեզրկման հետ, որի հետևանքով հայկական մթերող կազմակերպությունները որոշակի դժվարություններ են ունեցել արտահանումների հետ: «Ֆինանսական միջոցները սուղ էին, ինչի հետևանքով նրանք հնարավորություն չունեցան մեծածավալ մթերումներ իրականացնել: Սակայն, նորից եմ կրկնում, ամենակարևորն այն է, որ մեծ դժվարությունների գնով հնարավոր եղավ կազմակերպել մթերումը»,- եզրափակեց  նախարարը:
