Картофель с пармезаном и тимьяном

картофель с пармезаном и тмином

ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ

 

  • 3 ст. л. растопленного сливочного масла
  • 25 г пармезана
  • 3 г чесночного порошка (можешь заменить зубчиками чеснока)
  • 1 ч. л. листьев тимьяна
  •  соль и черный перец по вкусу
  • 8-10 средних картофелин

 

ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЕ

 

  1. Пока духовка разогревается до 190 °С, нарежь картофель тонкими ломтиками.
  2. Помести ломтики картофеля в большую миску, добавь растопленное сливочное масло, сыр пармезан, тимьян, чеснок, соль и перец. Теперь всё перемешай.
  3. Смажь форму для кексов оставшимся сливочным маслом. Выкладывать ломтики картофеля так, чтобы верхушка была чуть выше краев формы. Верхушку посыпь перцем.
  4. Выпекать около 1 часа.
  5. Вынув из духовки, дай гарниру остыть в течение 5 минут. Доставай да сыром, тимьяном посыпай!
