Աբովյանի ծննդատանը սեպտեմբերի 25-ին մահացած ծնված երեխայի դեպքով նշանակված դատաբժշկական փորձաքննության եզրակացությունը դեռ չի ստացվել: Այս մասինNEWS.am-ի հարցմանն ի պատասխան հայտնել են Քննչական կոմիտեի տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

Կոմիտեի փոխանցմամբ՝ 2015թ. սեպտեմբերի 27-ին ոստիկանության Կոտայքի բաժին Ռ. Գրիգորյանը հաղորդում է տվել, որ իր կինը՝ Տաթեւիկ Գրիգորյանը հաշվառված է եղել Աբովյան քաղաքի ծննդատանը: Օգոստոսին կատարված սոնոգրաֆիայի արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ պտուղը մոր արգանդում պտտվել է եւ գտնվում է հետույքային առաջադիմության դիրքում, սակայն պտղի զարգացումը եղել է, եւ բժիշկը որոշել է պտղի ծնունդն ընդունել կեսարյան հատումով: 2015թ. սեպտեմբերի 25-ին կնոջ մոտ ցավեր եւ արտադրություն է սկսվել, ինչի մասին տեղեկացրել են բժշկին, որը որոշում է կայացրել նույն օրն ընդունել ծնունդը կեսարյան հատումով, սակայն ուշացրել են, եւ սկսվել է բնական ծննդաբերություն, որի համար չեն կատարել կեսարյան հատում. արդյունքում առողջ երեխան ծնվել է մահացած:

Դեպքի առթիվ հոկտեմբերի 1-ին հարուցվել է քրեական գործ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 130-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի հատկանիշներով: Նշանակվել է դիակի դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն, որի եզրակացությունը դեռ չի ստացվել:

Հիշեցնենք, որ ըստ Կոտայքի մարզպետարանի հաղորդագրության՝ սեպտեմբերի 25-ին Աբովյանի ծննդատուն է ընդունվել 28-ամյա կին՝ հղիություն 39-40 շաբաթական, խառը հետույքային առաջադրություն, ծննդաբերության առաջին շրջան ախտորոշմամբ։ Մեկ ժամ անց նորածինը դուրս է բերվել առանց կենդանածնության նշանների, պարանոցի շուրջը պորտալարի պինդ փաթաթումով:
